Aaron's living room furniture

I bought a living room suit from Aaron's in Marion nc. It was invested with bed bugs! Called corporate 9 days in a row they say they will contact regional office and someone will get back with me! Not one call back! They are nasty liars! Do not buy anything from them! I was embarrassed inconvenienced and humiliated! Corporate just says they will update my complaint! Not going unspoken I promise that! I'm bout to seek legal action! Call the local news and blast on social media!

Aaron's false ads

My sister in law wanted a bed so I told her she should go to aaron cause they have something going on aaron send me a email saying pay 0 and you don't have to pay nothing until november they told a lie they made my sister pay 113 dollars I will never tell someone to go to aaron again every since they got new people there it haven't been the same aaron need to take this ad down I been a customer there for 7 years

Aaron's customer service

On 9/19/19 I received a call from Aaron store on Cicero stating that my order would be delivered on Monday 9/23/19 between the hours of 11am and 3pm and that I had to be present for the delivery because I purchased the order online. So I didn't go to work on Monday 9/23/19 and lost a day pay just to receive a call from Aaron's around 5:00pm stating that their delivery truck broke down and that my living room would not be able to be delivered until Thursday 9/26/19. Mind you I am literally 2 blocks from Aaron's. My mother just passed away back in June and on Wednesday 9/25/19 I had plan a service at my house but since my delivery did not come I had to cancel everything. On Tuesday 9/24/19 a day after I didn't receive my order I called the store and spoke to the manager Janessa (who was very polite) and she stated that she didn't understand how I received a call last Thursday the 19th when my sofas where not in yet. I told her I have proof. I have my call log from my cell phone showing Aaron's number. She extended my first payment for two weeks later. On Thursday around 7:00 my sofas were delivered by two very respectful gentleman.They both looked over worked and tired so I told them to just set the sofas down and that I would remove the plastic from the sofas. After removing the plastic I notice the sofa was damage and bad. I immediately called Aaron's and the sales person advised me to send pictures to Aaron's email. On Friday I had to call Aaron's store and the manager asked me to resend the pictures. (Mind you I was at work while doing all this and I had to cancel my mother's goodbye dinner again for the second time) After sending her the attached fotos below I was told that my replacement would be delivered Monday 9/30/19 after 5pm. Today when the delivery men arrived they brought up the L side sofa to the second floor where I live and when they unwrapped it I noticed it was a totally different design and color. The delivery man called the store manager and informed her that the order was wrong. So he took the wrong sofa back along with the damage one and will have to come again tomorrow. The store manager didn't bother to call me nor inform me what the next step was. I am so disappointed with their service and I feel so unappreciated as a paying customer. No

Aaron's rental agreement

I just want to make it known the reason I am returning the furniture I rented from Aarons Bastrop.
My daughter rented an item from Aarons online and went to the store to pick it up. It was not delivered to my house. My daughter used my address for the rental. My daughter was not living with me she did not live at this address. When she did not pay her agreement they came looking for her here at my home. I spoke to the associate and informed him she did not live here and directed him to where she did live. After a week or two he started coming back to my house looking for her again. When he came he harassed my 67 year old autistic uncle and my uncle called me to come home. When I did I was informed that I would not be allowed any future rentals because of my daughter not paying her agreement. I have had several rentals from Aarons and always paid them off . I also have a couch I am currently renting and have been paying for. I just do not want to continue doing business with Aarons knowing I'm being punished for my daughters neglect with her agreement.

Aaron's for a store that said they work with you

I will never come back to this store ever again if my friends ask me about them I will say never go their. They need to take off the radio that they work with people cause they don't she they our Lying to people when they our going though hard time and trying to get Caught up they our said if u don't get it all pay off by Friday they will come get it when u have been bring money in to try to get caught up so DO NOT EVER GO THEIR

Aaron's manager jasmine

The Manager there is very rude! She hangs up in my face...Cutts me off when I'm talking...I informed her to have the district manager to call me to get an extension and she informed me that she would not have him to call me...the manager Jasmine always plays victim role...She told me that she has a right to hang up in my face and that I'm not her daughter and that she does not need to apologize to me...I always apologize to her for things and she never excepts it...she minipulates you and provokes you...The manager Jasmine is horrible...Don't ask her for extensions...She gives a damn about your life..jasmine manager at palmdale AArons is very rude..I asked her if she could forgive me and she never does..I can' t stande her...just because you have a title and badge does not make your attitude right because of it...I tel her just let me speak let me talk...She makes false accusations...So myself and husband overdrafted our debit card to make her happy...She has lots of pride...So Having to write a review helps me to express myself without being cut off...I still would like an apology for her actions...Which still til this day she has not yet to do that...She also yelled at my husband when we asked for corporate phone number saying she was not going to give us the number...Lied to us about the number being on the site...District manager still has not called me because she has refused to have the DR to call me...I can't wait til all our agreements are paid off...

Aaron's theft in my house

This email is for the CEO of Aaron's. I am writing this email today because my experience at Aarons at store C0040 were always wonderful never had a problem or an issue from months and months then I had a delivery done on 9/9/2019 everything was going fine until they left and I realised that my Apple Watch and the cord to the watch was gone.I immediately called the store and the gentleman who I spoke to said he was going to take care of it when they guys came back in and would call me back that night. Needless to say no calls back. I called the store location C0040 and spoke to John Blanton the general manager Needless to say again he had no clue what I was talking about I explain what happened and he said he was going to take care of it and he would get right back to me John did get back to me and said he spoke with all three men and they said that they had not taken it and I was persistent and I knew someone had taken it because it was in that room when they got there and when they left it was not there the next step was to talk to the Regional manager Tony he went way beyond anything that I could expect I was very pleased with his actions and spoke with the guys and told them that he doesn't know who took it and it doesn't matter who took it that it better be in Miss Compton's
Mailbox or front door that night I was going to work at 7:30am in the morning and just happened to look in the mailbox because I had forgotten to check the mail the day before and there is it's my watch with the charger. Now I notified the store C0040 and they texted Tony a sap and he said we will talk Monday morning to find out what the outcome will be to know that you have thieves working in your store and the stress, anxiety, sleepless nights the non-trust in people the insult to my integrity and disappointment has brought me no other choice but to get a lawyer and pursue this further I will wait until Tony calls me Monday morning to see what the outcome is going to be Yes I got my property back but for a week I dealt with The invasion of my privacy and property changing passwords calling credit cards company's Calling T-Mobile and Apple to cut the watch off and they help me block it so they would not be able to get any information they would have to jailbreak I had to do so they wouldn't get my information The fact that there was a criminal in my house working for you is stressfull and has brought distraught in my life enough that my anxiety and

Aaron's wanted to rent a laptop for just a few weeks before school start

on September 07, 2019 I entered the Aaron store in Valley, Alabama to rent a laptop. I chose one filled out the information. Was told there was a block that only the manager could release but it was not a problem since an explanation was provided, I have dealt with Aarons prior. I was told the store manager would be in around 2pm est and I would receive a call to come in and talk with the manager. Around 230 to 245 I call the store where I was informed that the manager would not be in but would talk with me Monday after 4pm est. Monday Sept 09, I entered the store asked to speak with the manager who was suppose to go over the rental agreement with me. No information was located the manager went back in his office never said anything as far as a explanation very uncaring in fact just brush me off . The clerk explained that they couldn't find the computer the clerk from that Saturday had sold the computer no information could be located they would get one from Lagrange Ga and have it brought to the valley store and give me a call when it arrive so forth so on. None of this every happened just got a call about 5mins ago from the young lady who first serviced me on Sept. 07 and a very nice apology. My My My I will advice anyone not to rent from Aarons in Valley Alabama no one takes responsible for their error, customer service is a no no, and if you happen to get the clerks who do care they are very limited with what they can do to help a customer. This store has very poor leadership and yes Im talking about the poor Manager they had on Sept 09 Hats off to the sweet young lady who gave me a call You should be a Manager in that store

Aaron's payments

We have been with Aarons quite some time now and I have been paying on washer, dryer, tv and PS4 with a DVR...my payments are $340+, ive been paying on the third of each month but the due dates is on the 15th cause I didn't have to pay late charges, Okmulgee Oklahoma's Aarons store was closed down...they moved my account to a place near us and would let us know July 30th where to make our payments...but was told that I could pay my bill at any Aarons...I paid August 2nd at the sapulpa okla store, go back on September 5th to pay my bill again, they called McAlester Okla Aarons where my account is now and they wouldn't take my payment til I paid $500+ to get caught up.and wouldn't change my account to sapulpa...so I'm upset and told McAlester to come get the damn things I have, what I'm wondering is, where is my August payment? The guy said that it didn't show on his computer that I paid...I'm so mad cause I can't find my receipt...so I have no proof but shouldn't it be on the computer or did the guy pocket my payment...FRUSTRATED IN OKEMAH OKLAHOMA

Aaron's unprofessionalism by store manager

I am a long time customer. I have bought items in Las Vegas, NV. and I have referred customers to purchased items as well. The reason for this complaint is to say. I have recently relocated to Dallas Texas. The professionalism or should I say the lack there of. Is none. The associate I have spoken with. His name is Wade but he isn't the problem. I have ordered a bedroom set online. The issue is that I called to find out my delivery date and to update my contact number. The Manager of the store Azi. I might be misspelling his name wrong. But the way he talked to me on the phone. Was unprofessional and he was very rude. I tried to give him the number as instructed to do so by the customer service rep for the online department. She advised me to contact my local store to give hem my new number. The Manager Azi refused. Told me you don't hear what I am saying? I can't take your number. but I will call you when your item is in the store. I told him. How will you call me if you don't have my new contact number? Then goes to say you need to send me your lease and paystubs. Which was already received last Friday and verified by Wade that they are in receipt of it. To be a manager . He does not know what is going on with the store. How do you treat a former customer this way? No customer service skills at all. I have my degree in business management. I would do a better job with managing and treating customers with respect. I have never been treated in this manner by any of my store managers. Very dissatisfied customer.

Aaron's sectional sofa

store C1892 Denver Colorado. One night while in the privacy of my home I decided to look at some furniture and put one of the sofas in my cart and did not close my browser. Before I could even wake up Aaron's cust svc is calling me stating "we see that you were looking at sectional sofa and put (this sectional) in your cart on your account", "Are you still interested in the sofa". For whatever reasons I let them talk me into a decent pre owned sectional. Upon arrival all was O.K. but within the hour I noticed that it smelled awful and that the cushions were sagging. The very next day I 'Febreezed' it to no avail and sat for 15 minutes or so before itching. I quickly covered the sofa with a sheet and told Aaron's the deal. They were complaining etc. they picked up the sofa finally and delivered a brand new one with the tag. 4 months or so i noticed and felt that the sectional had been assembled in some back yard albeit new. Due to unforeseen circumstances (the sofa was a fire hazard and retained heat in my small apt.. Aaron's was contacted in advance to come pick it up. "Dom" an employee told me "we can't because of BED BUGS coming from your unit". Clearly not from me. The last sectional was infested and they didn't even tell me. The employee slipped and told me. ...So This is why they gave me the same New Sectional at the price of the Used Sofa with no question. They knew. Even More so they have an entire garage full pre-owned BED BUG furniture. I've been inside there and it reeks. Bad. The GM 'Shane" (according to "Dom") issued down this final decree and then refused to address customer concerns. So I called the Health Department and I'm requesting arbitration and or mediation since they tried to play me. One last thing FOR THREE YEARS I HAVE NEVER MISSED OR WERE I LATE with ANY PAYMENTS for any service. In fact I pay early. EVERY TIME.

Aaron's customer service

I wish to complain about the sudden decision by Aarons to start charging late fees. I live in Blytheville Ar. and gave been doing business with our local store since it opened here in Blytheville .I went to make my payment last month only to discover that late fees were added to my account.There has never been a problem I've never missed a payment. There was no notice given for the action of charging late fees. As this is now the way Aarons conducts business this may be my last lease with Aarons if this is the way they are going to start to conduct busines.

Aaron's samsung giga 4000 watts

I bought this system 2 years ago brand new and have taken excellent care of it and still paying on it. The system shuts down as soon as system starts to be used. Aarons sent a guy to check on system and they sent another system less quality then mine. The guy didnt even check system to see what was going on. He just said he was coming to take the samsung giga and had a loaner to deliver. He took the samsung giga one speaker at a time and brought the other one in but when he gave me paperwork it stated it was a permanent exchange and i told him i was not agreeing to this. Instead of bringing down the samsung giga as he had taken it one speaker at a time he tried to bring the whole system at the same time. He could not hold on to both speakers and receiver so one of the speakers fell and broke. He ended up taking both systems back and i went to store to see what they were going to do because if exchange was going to be done it had to be something similar to the one being taken or better. They want to exchange it for a used one which i don't know what condition is it in or who had it or if it has been taken care of as well as i have mine. There is another system which is the same price as mine when i bought it. But they are telling me even with all the money i have already pay i still would have to make 8 more payments on it. If the rep had been honest from the beginning and had told me the truth that the system was not going to be fixed and the system he had on the truck was a permanent exchange. i would have told him not to touch my system and i would have sent it for repair thru Samsung myself. But for since they were trying to be sneaky and tried to make me accept an exchange under false pretenses now all this problem is going on.

Aaron's won't fix my stove

I have bought from aaron, s for years I have been a loyal customer I pay my payments on time never late and always pay off. Well I have had nothing but problems with the stove since day one. They keep saying it, s the plug but never have problems with other stoves just the one i, m paying on if I may say so it will be paid off in october. When the people who was there before the group of people now I had no problems. But the manager of the carthage, tx. Store i, ve had nothing but problems with them we got into a arguement this morning augost 5th 2019 at 11:45am. They refuse to fix my stove. And my 75in. Tv the volumn is bad on it I have to turn the volumn up past 70 in order to hear it. I told the manager that as soon as I pay my laptop off I will no longer buy from aaron, s again after being treated the way they treated me. I, m a elderly woman on oxyzen and in a wheelchair. I have heart disease had heart surgery I have numerous lung diseases can, t walk after having 3 strokes I don, t need this treatment like they are giving to me.

Aaron's appliance

The Aaron's rental on 3537 Memorial dr./and columbia dr in Decatur ga do not do good business I have been renting from them for a few years now and it's started ok until every time I get something that's supposed to be new be used products the appliances always going out it took them almost a month in a half to come repair a refrigerator witch I supposed to be reimbursed for lost of food and products they told me they would but never had, also they kept my credit card on file after I repeated told them I don't want automatic payments I have called corporate and talked to several manager No results have been done

Aaron's hp laptop

a friend of mine asked me to return the HP laptop that was one day I said sure and she handed it to me, I stuck it into the backseat of my truck and left . Never thought of the laptop again until the following day when she had called me and told me that Arron's was looking for the laptop. well when she called I wasn't able to drop it just what I was doing at that moment but I did tell her that it would be up there before 5 when they close. next thing I know the manager called and demanded that I bring it up there. I told him I wasn't in the position to do that right then but I would definitely have it to him before they close right then and there.then he told me that he was going to call my ex-boyfriend and tell him to bring me up there actually called him by name also which was a little disturbing and how he got my number is beyond me then when I got up there before they close like I said I would he was standing at the door waiting on me staring me down and was very rude to me once I got inside.what was so bothersome was I done him a favor by bringing that laptop up there to him considering the person who had leased it couldn't bring it up there at that time. and so with all that being said I'm just here to say that he was very very unprofessional rude and he probably needs some training in management. end result is I will never ever purchase lease rent any of the above from Aaron's ever I have never and will never because if they hire people like that to manage their store then apparently whoever hired such poor employees probably need some training themselves

Aaron's general manager tony jenkins

I leased a washer/dryer and a large screen tv at the aaron's location in richardson texas, and was pleased with their customers service - which made me feel better about paying a little more for the products. I received a call from my rep who told me that my accounts will go to another one (dallas store no. 0188) because they are shutting down theirs. I thanked him for his call and called him a couple of days later to make my monthly payment. A few days later I started getting calls from the new aaron's location in dallas, texas/ store no. 0188 on abrams rd., wanting their payment. This went on for 4 days straight, each time I told them that a payment had been made. Each time they said that they will look into it and it was probably a mix up because of they took over the richardson location.. Finally, on saturday morning a very rude person named tony jenkins called and identified himself as the gm for the dallas location store no. 0188 that took over my account and asked me what time will I will be into his location that day to "pay him his money". Again, I told him that a payment had already been made - and again, he told he that he would look into it. Over the next 2 weeks - tony jenkins contacted me every day insisting that I needed to go to his location and "pay him his money!" finally, I told him that I would personally go to his location on that following friday to make my monthly payment. I fought friday afternoon traffic and got to his location to pay him just before they closed. Tony jenkins was not there and they would not accept my payment because they were told by tony it was only a partial payment - although these terms had already been discussed earlier. After a heated discussion, I left. 20 minutes later I received a call from tony. He told me that he was at my front door to repo my washer/dryer and flat screen tv. I blasted him and told him to leave and I would called the police if he was still there when I got home. When I arrived at my residence, I found his card on my door. The calls kept coming - from tony jenkins store no. 0188. Finally, I told him to call me on the 1st of august for my payment. On july the 31st at 8:30pm in the evening I received a call from tony jenkins demanding "his" payment. I found it odd that not only was he calling me the day before we agreed on, but he called me an hour and a half after their store closed at 7pm! I told him to just "come get his stuff." he told me that he was "really, really looking forward to coming and getting it himself!". We set up a time for his visit in a few days, where i'll have the police at my place to make sure that there is no trouble. When I do the math on how much i've paid aaron's for their products over the many month since I became a customer and leasing their products……….. I'm and idiot for ever thinking of using aaron's in the first place! Putting people like tony jenkins in a position of gm to terrorize your customers is not only ill advised, but it may also put aaron's in serious legal situation!

Aaron's credit reporting promised at signing

When shopping at Aarons in Harrison Arkansas a sales representative of the store approached us and began to show us around the store until we located the set we were interested in. We had cash on hand to buy what we had found. The representative began to promote the ease of financing and advantages to using the terms. We inquired about the interest rate and length of term and was described to us in detail how much we would end up paying when the set was paid off. We were about to decline the offer when the sales representative began to promote the advantage of building credit and how this was better at building credit than using a credit card because credit cards have higher interest on large amounts. My wife and i were just beginning to build our credit for a home purchase and went to lunch to think about the decision. When we returned to Aarons to confirm the cost and the credit reporting advantage the sales rep did confirm that it would be reported for the length of the term as long as we pay on time which we did. Now I have only three payments left on a two year investment and find out from my credit monitoring bureau that I was misinformed by the sales rep when we signed the contract agreement. I understand that it was a corporate decision not to report credit any further after speaking with customer service today. The lack of credit points obviously cant be rectified directly by aaron's so I feel i am legally entitled to compensation for the Misrepresentation at the time of the purchase. Please contact me asap to discuss plans to correct this mistake

i have a complaint against two store the first store is yor georgetown, ky store and the other store is your cynthiana ky store...both the store have very rude people that work there and there very rude on phone with people, they came to my house yesterday july 24, 2019 and told me they wanted all the stuff i had rented from them, and i told them no.. and i also told them to get off my property and they wouldnt leave and the woman that was with the driver of the truck start recording me and i told her she couldnt do that.i have been a costumer for over a year... they sent me some paper n mail today july 25, 2019, , when i total everything up they said i was almost 500.00 behind and i no that a lie all i owe is 188.89. so i not very happy at all, , this better be taken care of right away..

Aaron's unethical behavior

For about 4 weeks I have been receiving 3-5 solicitation calls everyday from numerous different phone numbers from Texas, Atlanta, Louisiana, etc. stating it is Aaron's Corporate Office wanting me to call my local Aaron's. I have reported these calls to corporate and everytime I am assured I will not receive anymore solicitation calls from them, however I still receive 3-5 calls each day. I have blocked all the numbers that call me and the next time they use a different phone number.

I have never been a customer of Aaron's and now I NEVER will be.

I would like for these phone calls to cease and desist. My next action will be to file a police report and a report with the FCC.
