I placed an order several days ago for an arrangement to be delivered to an acquaintance's mother's funeral today at the church I specified by 10 am. When I checked on the order, it simply said unable to be delivered. I contacted the customer service chat and was told the order couldn't be delivered because the product was out of stock. The funeral is now over, and I don't have a personal address for my recipient. They had all of my information to contact me about the product being out of stock. Really, really disappointing. I got a refund, so ok, but this was an easily avoidable problem. I used to use them all the time- never, ever again.
Recommendation: Find another florist!
