1-800-Flowers.com review: No flowers delivered even though I was charged!

My review is of 1800flowers. It has not been a good experience. I ordered flowers and a bottle of wine for my son's anniversary. They didn't recieve it and my credit card was charged $114.97.. When I went to the web site there was no indication of the order even though I had printed out the order details. There is no customer service number available to call. Needless to say, I
am very upset and don't plan to use this company again.
