Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on 5/5. Delivery was to be 5/8 by 8 pm. Called the day after ordering to verify and no issue. Called the day of delivery to check status and was told they have 12 minutes before the deadline and to call back in 1 hour if issues. So, no delivery, called back and was told 'local florist does not deliver to that area. What?!?!?!? How could this be? Terribly disappointing, will NEVER use this service again because of course, they don't deliver to the area I need them to deliver to... Full refund pending but not happy!

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
