I ordered flowers from Flowers.Com on Monday for a funeral on Friday. Today is Thursday and they JUST contacted me to tell me they couldn't send the arrangement I purchased and would only do purple and white roses in a vase...no other options! I didn't want this for a funeral and they tried to bribe me with $10 off my purchase. I finally got the order cancelled and contacted another florist that was able to do a much prettier, bigger arrangement for the same money I was paying them!
