I've had good service (I'm assuming) in the past but this week's delivery was not as promised or paid for. Disappointed!

I sent the arrangement to surprise a friend for her new job. She sent me a photo to thank me and I was so disappointed when I received it as it looked nothing like the arrangement pictured in the order. Not nearly as big, not colorful with a variety of pinks... More a funeral arrangement than a congratulations. I'm very surprised that something was sent out this way. I'd prefer a refund.
