I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister in the hospital 0n 6/29. It was set up for a same day delivery. I received an email saying they tried to deliver but was unsuccessful saying she wasn't there. I chatted on line with a customer service rep she was very helpful. She submitted for my delivery fee of $22.98 to be refunded and would have the flowers delivered 6/30. 6/30 flowers were never delivered again. Chatted online again. This time they refunded the remaining $65.18 and placed a new order to be delivered on 7/1 free of charge. 7/1 still no flowers delivered, I did receive the $65.18 but still no $22.98 for delivery. Chatted again online they said the $22.98 was pending . I told them I would wait until Monday and see if it would come through. I told them to just cancel them as long as I get my money back I am good. It is now 7/7 still no $22.98 refund. Chatted with them online again. They said I was never charged the $22.98. Well my bank statement says otherwise. But there is no way for me to send them a copy of my statement. S0 I spent 4 evenings chatting with people to get get flowers delivered that never did show up and for a refund that i never got the full amount back.
Claimed loss: $22.98 delivery fee that I never got back. Not including the hours I spent on line talking to customer service people
Desired outcome: All I would like is the remainder of my refund $22.98 for flowers I never recieved.
