Zone Fitness review: Wrongfully handed over an account over to nimble group attorneys in my name

The Debtor Nthabiseng Nwenya from Zone fitness Campus Square branch has handed over a fraudulent account that was not mine over to Nimble group attorneys in my name. Nimble attorneys have harassed me for 7 months for this fraudulent account. I made numerous request to both Zone fitness and nimble group attorneys to remove this account off my name I am ignored. I continue to be harassed for payment for a fraudulent account with no help from Zone fitness to clear my name.

Claimed loss: R 12000

Desired outcome: I was the account to be removed off my name
