On 01/04/24 I received an order from Zoucky that I don't recall ordering, so I wish to return the item.
I can't seem to be able to navigate Zolucky's customer service page. When I click that I wish to return an item, I get sent to another page. When I click the return tab, I'm sent to another page that doesn't respond to my choice. I can't find a customer service phone number or email address.
I'm stumped. I tried to navigate Zolucky's site 4 times and couldn't get anywhere.
Desired outcome: I wish to return a item that I received today 01/04/24 and receive a refund
