Love your selection of clothes. I am a senior, but still look for sexy, chic clothes. What is sometimes confusing is your sizing... sometimes mediums have a different bust size or shoulder size for different items. It would be helpful if how to wash your items were mentioned. Sometimes a reviewer tells you, but that's all. Also if you would make known your return policy in case something needs to be returned, that would also be helpful. I found it a little difficult to get back into being able to keep shopping when I was on the "To Pay" page, as your tips on how to get free shipping make you want to go back and order something more.
Gorgeous clothes!
Very glad to have discovered your site. Love the styles. Love the 15% discount [bought much much more because of it -$183]. Wish your search results were better. Tried to find dog, cat, donkey, giraffe, bird, flamingo, etc., but each had hundreds of results that did not fit these criteria at all. Search for vintage animal print plus size shirt brought up over a thousand results, at least half of which did not meet that criteria at all, and at least half of those that did were sold out, with the sold outs mixed throughout, instead of at the end. So I 've spent several hours finding the 14 items I purchased. Won't do that again. Please improve search.
Mixed experience
Descriptions of products are detailed and ordering is easy. However, I needed to return two items due to size and tried to contact Zolucky multiple times. They finally responded by saying they would give me 15% off a future purchase if I didn't return the items. This doesn't help me with the items that are too large and the original purchase price.
I tried contacting the company multiple times to return 2 of the items because they are too large. My attempts were acknowledged saying I could expect a response soon. The only response I received was an offered 15% credit for a future order if I didn't return my purchases. Why would I spend more money with a business that won't help with merchandise that doesn't fit and would rather give me a future discount?
No Idea if I'll like what I'm getting but. Enjoyed Looking & Purchase went Easy
It's asking for feedback at the time of placing the order. No problem with that I just want to make it clear that all I've done is enjoyed looking through all the pages and pages of items and adding tons of stuff to my cart. That was fun and the purchase and payment part was pretty easy. Now to wait for the delivery and sincere hope that the actual products are as amazing as the pictures. It is with great hope that I'll be posting a glowing and happy review after receipt of the 34 items I just purchased.

Well, they aren't lying about that but the disclaimer should state that the "FREE" shipping is estimated at 20 days from time of purchase. I elected to pay the $44 shipping for an estimate of 7 to 10 days. We shall see... stay tuned;-)
Never received anything yet. Scary
I've spent a lot of money, trusting that this app and store would not exist if you never got your stuff. That said, I haven't received stuff that was bought quite awhile ago. I'll edit this when my stuff arrives-otherwise I have a problem! I assume the items arrive by ship from China, and, judging by the long line of ships waiting to enter the ports, I assume this is a long process.
I like the pictures of the products and prices, but the sizing is confusing. For bras, they say to measure across the front from seam to seam. Thay can't be right. That would mean a small is 45 inches around, large would be 60+ inches around! I wear a 36DD and measure 42 inches at max in the bust. So I'd wear your smallest bra? No. Some had actual bra or dress sizes so I went with that.
Again, we'll see if that works. If not, I just wasted a lot of money. Gah.
Not always what the picture shows
I've ordered & gotten at least 2 different items that looked nothing like the picture, so beware when shopping here. The clothing they do right is good, but they misrepresent certain details in their pictures & descriptions They keep showing a white tank dress under several of their summer dresses, but when I ordered one, it did not come with the white tank dress under it. This is false advertising & if they aren't going to at least sell the white tank-type dress separately, then they need to stop showing it under their dresses! It complements the summer dresses by coming a little higher under the top of the dress & a little below the length of the dress, so it makes it look much better.
First they didn't even check on the white tank (under dress) that comes under several of their dresses. They wrote back saying they didn't sell skirts like that, so I wrote back and said it was a tank DRESS, not a skirt & when they wrote back, they only said they'd let me know if that department sent any further reply. Nothing yet... and it's been a couple of weeks since the last update on the white tank dress under some of their summer dresses!

It is evident that they are not equipped to handle customer complaints or concerns whatsoever. In summary, my experience with Zolucky has been dismal, and I caution potential buyers to avoid this fraudulent company.

However, my order that was placed on September 11th continued to be processed with no direct communication from Zolucky for over a month until it was finally shipped on October 17th. Needless to say, their short processing time is greatly exaggerated and can lead to much frustration for potential customers.
On a more positive note, I will say that the shipping time itself was prompt enough, and the items themselves were indeed lovely and of good quality. However, the aggravation caused by the significant delay in processing and lack of direct communication from the company makes it unlikely that I will do business with Zolucky again in the future. Customers should be aware that there is a potential for a significant wait time when ordering from this company.
Zolucky: An Untrustworthy Company with Poor Quality Clothes and Terrible Customer Service
I recently ordered $200 worth of clothing from Zolucky and followed their sizing instructions meticulously. However, to my dismay, nothing fit properly at all. The quality of the items was very poor and not worth the money that I spent. The dresses that I received were tight-fitting and not at all like the cute, flowing ones that I had expected.
When I approached the company to return the items, I was informed that I had to send them back to China using their return label. I ended up spending $75 to send the package back, only to have it returned to me five months later after I constantly reached out to inquire about my refund. In an added insult to injury, I was then offered a 40% refund, but to my surprise, they did not even calculate it correctly.

The lack of assistance in returning the item only added to my frustration, and now I'm out $73.00 with nothing to show for my purchase - $53.00 for the jacket and $27.00 to return it.
I returned the item within only four days of receiving it, but it appears that my efforts were completely in vain. This was a truly horrible experience, and I will make sure to warn others to avoid shopping on this site.
Sadly, I cannot recommend Zolucky to anyone, and will continue to share my bad experience via negative reviews. It's a shame because there were many products that initially caught my eye on their site, but this disastrous experience has completely tainted my perception of them as a company.
