Zips Car Wash review: Complaint

The Zips Car Wash in Georgetown KY sucks drove by on sat June 25th at 1048 am and they were closed I go there almost 4x a week and the service sucks the vacuums don't work there like the company they don't suck half the time the mat cleaner doesn't work I have gone there multiple times in the middle of the week and there closed when the previous owner ran the company there were no complaints I have been a member ever since rinse and shine open up in Georgetown then when zips took ownership it has gone down hill I'm ready to cancel my membership but it saves me from washing my 2022 rav4 please do something about this problem.
