On Sunday, I found where YouTube TV had issued a pending charge to my credit card for the NFL package $409.18 to which we have NEVER subscribed. Being out of town and on a Sunday, I called my card first and filed a frudulant charge claim. My card was cancelled, leaving me to have to wait for a new card in a few days and having to contact numerous companies in order to set up new autopay information. This will consume half of a day for me. Back in town the next day on Monday, I finally found a contact phone number for YouTubeTV which is NOT easy, taking me an hour to speak to a person. The YouTube TV agent apologized for the inconvenience, offered no expalnation as to why it occured and stated thy charge would be cancelled. At this point it was too little and too late for the time and trouble I look forward to tomorrow. I would now spend correcting their fraudulant attempt to get their $99 monthly subscribers to pay an extra $409 for their overpriced NFL package. Is this an attempt to submit the charge 1) it will go unnoticed, 2) the subscriber will accept it (a sales tasctic), or 3) not being able top find a contact number, just accept it rather than take the time and trouble to cancel the card. I don't have time to waste time like this. My time is valuable. I don't like the way this company does business.
Desired outcome: Can't say, looking for another streaming service at this time.
