as PER USUAL yodel FAILED to deliver my parcel, I was advised that delivery would be between 15:20 and 17:20, Yodel tracking website at 17:30 showed that the driver had 19 deliveries before me, I followed the driver for 3 hours and the deliveries were down to 9 before me at 22:15 when tracking stopped, it was if the delivery person was walking!, at lease 15 minutes between deliveries within a 1/4 mile zone. either the driver was walking or had NO IDEA on how deliveries should be made. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE, WORST UK COURIER
