I stayed home all day expecting two Yodel deliveries scheduled between 16:40 and 18:40. I tracked the driver until they were just five stops away, with plenty of time left in the window — then the tracking system went offline. I later found out the delivery was cancelled because the driver supposedly couldn’t find my address, which is straightforward and clearly listed.
No attempt was made, and I lost working hours waiting. To make things worse, when I requested escalation via online chat, the agent disconnected without transferring me to a manager.
I’ve now been told they’ll try again tomorrow, but I won’t be home — and frankly, after today’s experience, I have no confidence in this delivery service. I paid for a service that wasn’t provided and was treated dismissively when trying to resolve it.
Unacceptable and deeply frustrating
