How we the Roxbury YMCA members were treated disrespectful by the the Greater Boston Y’s corporate management team when we sent a letter to Kevin Washington President & CEO on January 2-2013 and February 7, 2013 regarding the unjust removal of our Executive Director and the unkind treamtment towards the underprivileged youth and teens residents by them. He sent his Senior Vice President of Operations Harold Sparrow to verbally put us the African-American members in our place.
Has Theophilus Eugene "Bull" Connor returned ?

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Sure, that makes perfect sense: when the manufacturer no longer manufactures the part, I'm supposed to call a third party so they can pull one out of thin air.
