Yanwenyour partner in portugal, ctt is providing a very bad service!

Dear Sirs,

This is not a complain from Yanwen, you have provided an excellent service but your local partner is providing a very bad service in your name!
I recently ordered in EBay an electronic component delivered from Shenzhen. The dispatch was immediately, with your tracking service was possible to confirm the arrival in Portugal on the 29th of June, everything was perfect. The problems came with the local Post Office, the company CTT. The first problem is that you tracking number, according to CTT, the last two should be CN to follow the "International Post conventions" and with this argument, they "loose" the packages. If we call the CTT they use the escuse that due your tracking number structure is impossible to provide information about the delivery.
Making a research in the Internet there are many claims from Portuguese customers regarding invoices delivered from Yanwen and they are very very frequent. The invoices are lost, the customer receive the invoices many weeks later after arriving in Portugal, and so on and so on, is a real disaster the service provided by your local partner!
As your customer, I would suggest that you confirm the service quality provided by your local designated partner in your name. As alternative search for a new local partner.
