I ordered a phone case/wallet from a seller on Amazon who then proceeded to ship it using Yanwen tracking #UG488033832YP. All seemed to be OK, it arrived at customs, but stayed there for days and days. Upon tracking it through Amazon itself, I was appalled to see it labelled as "Undeliverable" with the message of "there was a problem with shipping & order was sent back to the seller." I was then told I would be getting a refund for the "returned" item. That's all good & well, but I would've liked an explanation as to what the problem was! Amazon's tracking history shows that it was "delivered" on 7/5/22. I don't know if that means it was actually delivered back to the seller or to someone else. I DEFINITELY did NOT receive this package!

Ordered items from china, it was meant to be delivered through Yanwen. I have not received the parcel but the tracking id shows it has been delivered. I have neither received a call from delivery agent nor any email updates. They have not provided any valid contact number. Emailed them 4 times, no reply come from their side. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I have already paid for my package.

Hello. I have bought a baby cot bed from Moanos at 10th of January and I've been waiting for my package tracking number (UG325743909YP) for five months now. I have contacted with Moanos several times and they assured me that my parcel was posted and it is with your courier. Tracking number shows that it was delivered to my country on 20/01/22 and the trace of it has been lost. I sent two emails to [protected]@yw56.com.cn asking to check the progres of the package, but no one replied. I'm providing a receipt and screenshot of tracking details.

I ordered a modern desk and chair set on February the 8th it never came. I am annoyed. Then I 2as informed that on March 3 the package was delivered. Order not received, when I track on the app, it shows it was delivered successfully at Richards bay in SA, but I don't Stay in Richards Bay, I Never Put Richards Bay as my address. shipment haven't delivered yet

Ordered 28 August. 110 days later not delivered. S00000226084716. This unfortunately is typical of YANWEN - worst ex China ever and getting worse year on year. I have learnt that free freight via Yanwen is an error. Better to pay a few more dollars and get a reliable service with delivery at worse in 60 days.

There is no recall against Yanwen and suppliers in China using Yanwen have no tracking availability. Send by Yanwen and hope!
