My package was delivered to the US carrier facility but haven't had any updates in almost 3 weeks?.. seeing the reviews I'm doubting I'll receive it. I bought a gaming chair and have been patiently waiting. Tracking is UD424390757YP any help will be appreciated. I'm doubtful I'll get it. I honestly feel like people are stealing packages and reselling them for profit

I ordered 3 shirts off Amazon, it says the item shipped April 5th with YANWEN. The Tracking number provided was not found. Information provided is as follows: Shipped with YANWEN,
Tracking ID: UF854024656YP.
Can you tell me what happened to, or where my package is? I didn't know that it was YANWEN shipping, or I probably wouldn't have ordered. It's not the first time it's happened when shipping is from YANWEN. I guess I should pay more attention, but they don't always provide shipping information until after you order.

I have ordered something from the website IVrose.com they shipped it to the netherlands with Yanwen. Trough the shipping information provided from the customer service of IVrose I was able to track my package. After not much new information I contacted customer service at ivrose. They told me Yanwen lost my package.

I was never notified that Parcel was delivered and I never picked up. Moreover, why the history of tracking showing that the item was returned to sender, then it says parcel successfully collected.

I ordered 2 cameras from a company named Shuioshop. The cameras were shipped by your company on 12/05/2020. The tracking# is UF5849480YP.
When I run the tracking # it shows that the product was delivered to me on 12/31/2020; however, I did not receive the product.
Because Shuioshop will not give me a refund, I am filing this complaint with you. I expect a refund of $30.34 to cover the purchase cost of the cameras.
