I have been a regular aliexpress customer for a few years. Since April 2019, all my orders have not arrived to my home in Switzerland. All the orders were shipped by Yanwen air mail. The order tracking numbers:

PR035540244YP this is the tracking id of my product that i bought last month from aliexpress and it is not delivered yet. In the tracking page it is written that the parcel is undelivered at ghumarwin but my residence or the address i gave was of palampur. Why it is writing so or showing incorrect information to me. I ordered 6 packages from Aliexpress well over 60 days ago (the specified time it takes for the parcel to arrive) through 'Yanwen Economic Air Mail', and only 4 have arrived. I have opened disputes on the Aliexpress Website, but am afraid that it is most likely a logistics problem opposed to a seller problem.

I would like to know what the customer service phone number is for deliveries to Australia, and what the process of delivering mail from the airport to destination is.

Here are the tracking numbers for 3 Yanwen Economic Air Mail packages that have failed to arrive, as well as a standard Aliexpress mail package that has also not been delivered.

I found Yanwen a very bad shipping company. Im not sure if its the fault of the seller that the product didnt arrive. It might be Yanwen's fault, its very slowly
I also havent received LP00121670571515 from a different seller i was in time with sending them a dispute and received the money back.
With LP00124832440925 i didnt receive the product as well this is a different seller, also send by Yanwen and i was to late with the dispute there too.

I have two more by Yanwen on the way. because i figured out the fact that the 3 things that i didnt came where all send by Yanwen tolate. After i receive or do not receive the two other items i will never choose Yanwen again

This complaint is regarding delivery status shown for my parcel booked at AliExpress for which tracking no is UE774249222YP & carrier being Special Line YW. My complaint is regard to wrong information shown for non delivery of package on 20/7/19 informing 'undelivered due to office closed'. This is wrong information. The address is my police station office address & remains open on all days. I was in office on 20/7/19, & nobody came for delivery.

Apparently 4 days ago my package 'Arrived at Destination Country Post Office' but when I went to check my PO Box it was not there. There's no further information on where they are supposed to have delivered it. There's also no way of contacting them other than by making an international call which I can't afford to do, and I can't speak Chinese anyway so I doubt it would be particularly helpful.

I ordered a shirt through Berrylook (a Chinese company) in June 2019. The shirt was too small and I wanted to return it to order a bigger size. I sent the shirt back via Yanwen on the 28th June 2019 and had proof of postage from the Post Office which I emailed to Berry Look. I returned the shirt to

Berrylook have said that they have not received the shirt and only use this address for distribution. I have no tracking number for the shirt so I have paid out £19.00 plus postage and return and have no goods. Berry look asked me initially if I could give this shirt as a gift to save them the expense of returning it which I disagreed to do and wanted my money back. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I need a tracking number so that I can give this to Berrylook who will hopefully refund my money.

I ordered my product about 2 months now and every time I track it it's saying the same thing, no changes. Can you please tell me what's going on because I need my product. I always use to Ali express for shop. And They give cargo. But a lot of time my cargo lost. Not 1 times. I have cargo tracking number. But Turkey post office I asked, they said not come.
