Navzdory tomu, že zásilka byla dle systému doručena, v realitě k jejímu doručení nedošlo.

Číslo, pod kterým byla zásilka údajně doručena, lokální doručovatel nezná. Číslo, pod kterým zásilku údajně převzala rakouská pošta neexistuje. Zákaznický servis stále opakuje, že reklamace není možná, pokud nedodám papírový doklad vydaný lokální poštou o tom, že mi zásilku nedoručily. To však není možné, když dle jejich záznamů žádná zásilka neexistuje.

Mé požadavky na informaci o doručovací destinaci konkrétnější než stát, požadavky na kopii podpisu předání, zákaznický servis ignoruje.

Přeprava neodpovídá systémovému popisu, chybí detaily jednotlivých přepravních kroků, včetně celního řízení. Situace je v řešení celých 22 dní bez jakéhokoliv posunu.

My item was displayed as being delivered but only stated Melbourne. I had no correspondence to state where it was left and too date have gone to multiple post offices and they are unable to locate the item as the tracking number is not an Australian post tracking number. The item was not cheap and was a gift for a friend. It is causing me to have severe anxiety

I order 2 cabinets on Jan 21st and the advertisement said shipping would be less than a week to get here. We waited and waited. We tracked them all the way. I even emailed and got a email back assuring me they were on the way. We finally got the tracking on Feb 11th to our community mailbox, which I thought was weird, should of been to our home. My husband went and checked and we got a box of socks instead. This has to be a joke. Where are our cabinets?

Both items that I ordered have not been delivered. First number is ug87360223yp site tells me it was delivered but not to my address. 2nd one is ud605369160yp tracking said it is in kansas for 4 weeks of the side of the road. If I do not get my products send me a refund. Thank you

I ordered a poster on December 4, 2022. Expected delivery was from December 2022 to January 13, 2023. I go to check the progress as i have yet to receive my package. All sites are saying that the package was delivered on January 5th at 1:50 p.m. I have a ring and my mail didn't come till 2:23 and there was no package. No sites are allowing me to file for a refund and I'd truly just like my package. Any help or communication as to where my package would be greatly appreciated.

my product was shipped through your courier service (UG842227838YP) on January 6th, on 9th it showed Outbound, and it is stuck there till now. I have never had such experience with Yanwen, Normally the packages leave for departure on the same day that they are Outbound. Please look into this at your earliest convenience.

I ordered a package online on the 30th November and got a tracking number then the carrier changed to yanwen so I've been tracking my package for the past 2 weeks and today it states that my package has been delivered but it hasn't. Where is my package? tracking Number: UG755565275YP

It was stated that it is a good waterproof quality

I placed it in the kitchen . They started to fall off within two days .

Ordered this product on November 17, started receiving emails from [protected]@ maonocaster.com on November 22 that product has been shipped by Yanwen, and given a tracking Number UG722971103YP. I added AfterShip (Yanwen) to receive updates. I started getting mad when received email from Angeka that i would have to pick up package or it would be returned. I emailed where from and got no response. My package was suppose to be delivered to my residence. AfterShio message on December 1 at 9:55 am, said it would be delivered on December 1 within 3 to 6 hours. No package received. I want my package. I feel I've been duped by Maono and Yanwen.

I ordered a medical device which was shipped by your company. (arrival code in Finland: SP088926145FI. I had to re-pay the VAT in Finland as your announcement did not include IOSS number for this shipment.

The mail service of Finland which shipped the parcel in country stated also that VAT has been already paid. However, the Customs did not approve, and I had to repay.

According to multiple sources where I have used the tracking information provided to me by 2 different companies I have ordered goods from my 3 orders have been delivered. If they where I'd love to know to where. $300.00 may not seem like much to a big company but in the case of some of my economic issues it is a huge outlay. I made a purchase online at TERRE_ROUGES one year ago. They told me and gave me a tracking number but now the number expired, YANWEN is not answering my emails. I'm waiting for a package to arrive, it's been ONE YEAR! I've tried to contact Yanwen via email several times but absolute no response. I don't know what else to do. I'm kind of desperate! ONE YEAR! What I'm supose to do? I'm completely powerless. The seller is not answering my emails, but they took my money... Please help.

Ordered photography equipment off of the Ambitful website, tracking number does not work. I have been waiting to receive my items for 2 months now. I sent the order 26th August 2022, recieved it 5 September 2022.The item I ordered from a Facebook advertisment needs returning. As usual, no return address, no paper work, cannot contact commpany. This needs to stop. Orders should be backed by a real return address. No use to returning to China, they hold the item in thier postoffice, but are never collected. Great scam but this has put a stop to my extensive buying from any company from China.

You are discredited in my books and really should try and work out your policies, with honesty.
