Ordered 28 August. 110 days later not delivered. S00000226084716. This unfortunately is typical of YANWEN - worst ex China ever and getting worse year on year. I have learnt that free freight via Yanwen is an error. Better to pay a few more dollars and get a reliable service with delivery at worse in 60 days.

There is no recall against Yanwen and suppliers in China using Yanwen have no tracking availability. Send by Yanwen and hope!

I am still waiting for my order made on 7th of October from roguereal and it was shipped by Yanwen logistics. Order number is UD528524885YP. The last update is of 25th of October and since then there is no update and I have not received my package yet.

Hi,

It has been 6 weeks now since I have not received my package. With tracking there has not been any movement since the 23rd of November.

It looks like the product has arrived in South Africa weeks ago. But it still has not reached me. I can not find any contact details for anyone to help me. I
really want to find out what is taking so long. I have never before waited so long for a product from China.

This is 08/12/21..I have still not received my order after 7 months of waiting and convincing from AliExpress seller.

I received the item but it was not as described, delivered was a cheap plasic jacket with fake fur lining and not the sheepsking jacket described in the ad. Going by the size chart provided I ordered an XL jacket but this is far too small for me.. the size guide gave inaccurate information which misled me.

terrible service that does not track package accurately and takes way too long to ship something miniscule, never use

I had placed an order from Wonder Ninth. It's been over a week since they reached my destination city but haven't delivered the item yet. I looked up the tracking ID (UG130081907YP) and it shows as address incomplete. I have received no call from them regarding the delivery. What kind of service is this? I have been waiting for a week. Every delivery, attempts to make a call in case of any discrepancy or confusion. But you have not tried to contact me whatsoever. I am still waiting for the package to be delivered.
