This is a complaint against the authorized service station “RIDER’S POINT at Kilimanoor. I did my first free service for my yamaha Ray Z on 08.01.16. They charged me Rs.360/- explaining change of Engine oil, Gear oil & consumables. However, they even didn’t carry out the water wash and told me to bring back after 3 days. When I went there after 3 days, the story was same and up to now, I have not received an answer from them. I’m still afraid whether they did the other services which they claiming did on my vehicle as I have all the problems while riding the scooty which I was experiencing before (giving the scooty to service centre, kilimanoor). I’m completely not satisfactory about their service. Kindly verify the above and revert me.

    Raja Sekhar.K I got a vehicle Yamaha fazer… on jan 02 2010 from Sri Srinivasa Automobiles in Visakhapatnam. all my free services has been done by show room guys.., and I left with one fee service due to out of date…. and I request you to all who got new bikes from this show room, bcoz those boys are not working properly at show room servicing… I had so many problems with my bike …. actually I had disk break problem and I gave my bike to show room with my last service….
    that show room service mechanic was done only changing engine oil and just clean only top parts of the bike… and he didn’t see the chain adjustment also….after completing the service I take back my bike and I see the problem with same disk sounds… and I noticed that my bike don’t have pick up… then I call back show room service but there is no response… so please take action to that show room service center…
