As a customer of Wyndham Collection, I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the products look beautiful online, the actual quality didn't meet my expectations. The design is nice, but the durability seems lacking. Customer service was responsive, but the warranty coverage left me disappointed. If you prioritize aesthetics over long-term use, Wyndham Collection might suit your needs.

Wyndham Collection is not worth the money. It's only good for a quick fix and not for long term use. It's priced for house flippers and only lasts for the warranty period. The white acrylic coating wears off easily and gets scratched and stained. If there's a water leak, you have to replace the whole kit for $100 instead of just the rubber o-ring which is a few bucks. Customer service is terrible and they will only make you more angry and stressed out. It's better to just forget about them and treat it like a Craigslist purchase.

I got a Wyndham tub 'bout 13 months ago and I just noticed that the overflow trim ain't the right shape. It's oval when it should be rectangular. I hit up Wyndham Collection 'bout it 'cause I thought it'd be covered under their 2 year warranty. They told me to buy a $100 overflow trim and drain combo. They also tried to say that their tubs don't use the trim piece I got, but that's a lie 'cause I saw it on their website. Their customer support wasn't that helpful either, they kept askin' if it was leakin'. Why would a trim piece have to leak to be defective? It's supposed to look right and mine don't match the tub.

I bought the Wyndham Deborah vanity with marble top, model no *** and item no *** from ***. When I had an issue, *** gave me Wyndham's number to call. The number they gave me is***. The company asked me to send them emails, which I still have on record. I emailed Wyndham at *** six times, and they emailed back five times. They asked for pictures of the "scratches" and "spots" on the marble. I took pictures, but it's hard to see the flaws without looking closely. I asked them to send someone to observe, but they said they couldn't do that. I asked if they would pay for someone to come out and send them a report, but they said they couldn't do that either. The plumbers didn't install the cabinet until months after I received it. It stayed in the box until they finished remodeling my bathroom upstairs. I used the bathroom downstairs for a while. Once installed, the flaws aren't noticeable at first glance. It's only when you see it in the light and try to clean it that you realize the problem. Wyndham just dropped the whole thing since I couldn't get a picture to take.

I bought a bathroom vanity from Wyndham Collection on 9/24. Since then, I've noticed some major cosmetic problems with it. I reached out to Wyndham Collection about the quality of the product, but they told me that the issues were due to my lack of care. The countertop has excessive staining, even though it's supposed to be sealed, and there are water and oil marks all over the front of the vanity from my skin. The company said that this wasn't covered by the warranty and sent me their care information. I reviewed the warranty information and asked to start a warranty claim based on the swelling of the wood visible in joints throughout the vanity. However, Wyndham Collection said that the vanity wasn't delivered and installed in this condition and isn't covered. I'm filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com to investigate false claims of a warranty and of product quality. I've attached all email correspondence and photos.
