Wyndham Collection is not worth the money. It's only good for a quick fix and not for long term use. It's priced for house flippers and only lasts for the warranty period. The white acrylic coating wears off easily and gets scratched and stained. If there's a water leak, you have to replace the whole kit for $100 instead of just the rubber o-ring which is a few bucks. Customer service is terrible and they will only make you more angry and stressed out. It's better to just forget about them and treat it like a Craigslist purchase.

I bought a Wyndham Rebecca tub through wayfair in august 6 2020. It had a crack in it and Wyndham replaced it on its extended warranty of 2 years...here I am now June 2024 with my current replacement tub faulty and needing it removed in my bathroom for a Reno to make the washroom a "wet" (sealed walls and floor). My contractor removed the tub and we discovered bubbles in the tub finish. so I contacted Wyndham once again within the two extended warranty time to replace this one as well

The tub was moved outside while the work was being completely rather than leave it where it could be damaged and to allow space in a crowded room.

I was in touch with Wyndham and send them a picture of the finish bubbling...they asked for another one and as soon as they saw that it was outside by the background...they denied my claim and now

through my connection with Misa Favela at Wyndham I am receiving no reply now.

The tub was covered and the weather is mild... why was this damage claim not valid? was I to have worked around the tub?

I originally bought the Wyndham tub because of the name and the quality associated with it...There was less expensive tubs available to me at the time.

I got a Wyndham tub 'bout 13 months ago and I just noticed that the overflow trim ain't the right shape. It's oval when it should be rectangular. I hit up Wyndham Collection 'bout it 'cause I thought it'd be covered under their 2 year warranty. They told me to buy a $100 overflow trim and drain combo. They also tried to say that their tubs don't use the trim piece I got, but that's a lie 'cause I saw it on their website. Their customer support wasn't that helpful either, they kept askin' if it was leakin'. Why would a trim piece have to leak to be defective? It's supposed to look right and mine don't match the tub.

I purchased the Wyndham Deborah vanity with marble top from a well-known retailer. When I encountered an issue, the retailer referred me to Wyndham's customer service. They requested that I contact them via email, which I did multiple times, retaining all correspondence. Wyndham's replies sought photographic evidence of the marble's defects. Despite my attempts, the imperfections were difficult to capture in photos. I proposed an in-person evaluation, but Wyndham declined to facilitate or fund an external assessment. The vanity remained packaged until the bathroom remodel was complete and was only installed months later. The defects in the marble are not immediately apparent and only become evident under certain lighting conditions and during cleaning attempts. Ultimately, Wyndham ceased communication, leaving the issue unresolved as I was unable to provide the requested photographic proof.

I bought a bathroom vanity from Wyndham Collection on 9/24. Since then, I've noticed some major cosmetic problems with it. I reached out to Wyndham Collection about the quality of the product, but they told me that the issues were due to my lack of care. The countertop has excessive staining, even though it's supposed to be sealed, and there are water and oil marks all over the front of the vanity from my skin. The company said that this wasn't covered by the warranty and sent me their care information. I reviewed the warranty information and asked to start a warranty claim based on the swelling of the wood visible in joints throughout the vanity. However, Wyndham Collection said that the vanity wasn't delivered and installed in this condition and isn't covered. I'm filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com to investigate false claims of a warranty and of product quality. I've attached all email correspondence and photos.
