about the lack of response. The concrete is cracking and chipping in multiple places and it looks terrible. I am very disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend Decorative Concrete Kings L.L.C. to anyone looking for a reliable and professional concrete installation. Save yourself the headache and find a different company to work with.

I hired this company to fix up all the concrete outside my house. But after a month, it started cracking and chipping in the driveway. I called Cody, the boss, more than ten times to come out and fix it. Finally, after a few months, he came out and said he'd fix it in a few days. But it's been months now, and he hasn't called back or fixed the problem.

12/16 Driveway and sidewalk got sprayed with texture and painted. We talked to Cody about the marks that didn't wash off, and he said he'd fix it. After many calls, he came by and said he'd do our house and neighbor Dan's next Thursday, Sept 9, 21. He never showed or called. We drove by Dan's house today, Oct 16/21, and his driveway got redone, and the neighbor next door too, one block from our home. No call or stop by. Trying to upload the contract showing they're waiting to see about the rest of the front and drive. Can we email it to you?

We hired Decorative Concrete Kings L.L.C. on May 27, 2022 to fix our driveway, walkway, and birdcage. They finished the job on June 29, 2022, and gave us a three year warranty on all the concrete surfaces. Cody M signed the warranty. In July 2022, we saw some staining on the driveway, so we called and texted Cody several times. He came on July 14, 2022, and removed the staining. He also told us about the chemical he used in case we had more staining. In August, we saw chipping and cracking on the edges where the concrete met. We called Cody several times, and he came to our home on September 16, 2022. He looked at the problems and said he would come back on September 23, 2022, to clean, repair, repaint, and reseal the driveway. We called and texted him over 10 times with pictures, but he didn't respond. We reminded him of his contract and asked when he would come back to repair the driveway and walkway. As of November 6, 2022, we still haven't heard from Cody. We leave messages once a week. You can see the 3 year warranty, contract, and forms below.
