I gotta say, WebPictureFrames is the real deal. As an artist, I need frames that are gonna hold up and look good, and these guys deliver. I ordered a big ol' frame from them and it came super fast, which was a relief since I was on a tight deadline. And let me tell you, the corners on this thing are top-notch. I decided to order three custom frames, one of which had double mats. And let me tell you, it was a breeze to order. All I had to do was measure the piece I wanted to frame and the website did the rest for me. I was able to specify every little detail, from the frame type to the mat colors and even the backing boards.

When my frames arrived, they were shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, one of the foam boards and acrylic were damaged during shipping. But I gotta give it to webpictureframes.com, their customer service was on point. I contacted them about the issue and within an hour and a half, I received a call from a personal support assistant who resolved the problem right away.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with WebPictureFrames. Not only was it significantly cheaper than the big box stores, but the quality was just as good. If I ever need custom frames again, I know exactly where to go.

If you're looking for a great place to save on picture framing and have total control over your final product, then WebPictureFrames is the place to go. I've had 24 framed pictures throughout my house with little or no involvement, but with WebPictureFrames, I had the ability to use their framing tool and actual samples of mats and frames to create endless possibilities. I could put together something, save it, and return to it later with a fresh perspective. It's like writing, and I find great value in such perspective.

I ordered three frame packages, two triple-matted and one single matted, and all turned out very nice. The better and more expensive frames do look better, but one does not have to have every picture triple-matted. At this time, I plan to order three more frame packages.

Two points that I believe can be helpful are with the picture overlay and removing the backing of the acrylic. Using a 1/8 inch overlay with a reverse bezel mat, combined with the shifting possibility of all the parts (backboard, mats, print, acrylic), leaves little, if any, wiggle room to get the image securely set beneath the mat(s). I would avoid this if possible. As for removing the backing of the acrylic, my first attempt was a real static monster. After calling WPF, I was advised to lightly dampen the backing and to PULL SLOWLY upon removal. That did work better.

Overall, I highly recommend WebPictureFrames for anyone looking to save on picture framing and have total control over their final product. The packaging is first-rate, and the possibilities are endless. The only problem is deciding which version is the best. Such a problem, eh?
