terrible company. Lier’s. fist salesman (Brian Albany) lied. said stairs couldn’t be deliverd down a narrow road infront of my cabin. I even have the email. When the delivery company refused and said would leave on side of road, I called the company. Sent emails. Eventually they said they would refund me. (Got email). Two months later when I asked several times where is my refund. I was told the Are reducing refund $600 for restocking fee/shipping. Outrageous Lier’s! From sales to top serves or I spoke to. Beware!

Customer service refuses to issue a refund
Ordered stairs 04/22/2020 signed a statement of understanding
followed the guideline for customer support.
Inquired on delivery with customer support 05/23/2020 was told on 05/26/2020 item was at galvinizer and will ship the next week.
On 06/29/2020 money was taken from my credit card without any pre-acknowledgment from the company so I contacted customer service
Was told by 1 person it will ship 07/13/2020. called back 2 person says it will ship 07/16-17/2020 with a delivery date of 07/?/2020 .
I asked for a refund so I can move on with my project. They refused and said to refere back to my signed agreement. This is unacceptable this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Salter Spiral stairs sold me defective stairs. They were wobbly and unsafe. Salter Spiral stairs customer refused to give a refund. Installing the stairs wasn't easy as claims and parts were missing. Salter Spiral stairs customer service were rude and unhelpful. Salter Spiral stairs were not as advertised. Salter Spiral staircase was WOBBLY, UNSAFE and defective. I will never buy a spiral staircase from Salter Spiral staircase. The installation was hard and not as advertised. Salter Spiral stair customer service did not even want to help with the installation and answering questions. Parts were MISSING. The package arrived late. They promised delivery than shipped it late. I will never buy a spiral staircase from them again.
