Paid to have my high school transcripts evaluated for a US University in Oct 2025. I sent the transcripts via mail the first time, they said they never received them, after I called. So, I resent them electronically from the government of Albert's educational website. Says it was delivered they said it still wasn't received. I've now called 7 times and sent 7 tickets online no one can help or will help. I want a refund because I need this done for my university application which is time sensitive.

Claimed loss: $180 US dollars

Desired outcome: I want a refund so I can use another company
