Your store has order forms, to order prepared meals for Christmas. On the order form it specifically says that Woolworths requires 24 hours notice to make up the food trays. I went in today to put in our order. I was told that Woolworths was not accepting any more orders. The was no sign, no notice on the website. One workers said they need 48 hours, I kindly pointed out that on the order form its says 24. He seemed dumbfounded. I then spoke to a manager that told me that they had nothing to do with the deli but she took me to the deli manager who told me that they cant accept any more orders. This is sloppy, un professional and rude customer service. If you are that busy, hire more people. If you can't take any more orders, put up a sign so cumstomers do not embarrasses themselves trying to explain the situation. I informed them that I would make a complaint to Corporate. I will never shop there again. Merry Christmas Woolies.
