Wolfgang Puck Worldwide review: Poor service

June 13th, arrived 4:10 pm. We ordered a salad and two pizzas. Took 35 minutes to get salad! The waiter said she was sorry that it was taking so long… that the cook had to make the dressing fresh. Which I could see the cook not make anything fresh due to the open kitchen. A manager later to give us his business card for a free appetizer on our next visit. Our pizza arrived at 10 minutes later…now 4:45 pm. Again the waiter apologized and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience. We never got the dessert because the same cook never got it for service and when he finally did, he only made one. We told the waiter to just bring the check so we could leave without the dessert. Another manager came to our table and apologized for the slow service because the cheesecake was still frozen! I told him that the cook I was watching was either lazy or incompetent and should be fired, the manager said that he would talk to him. I go to your restaurant for a good meal but all we got was apologies and 1 hour and 40 minutes for two pizzas and a salad!
