Wolf River Electric review: Avoid at all costs

I have never, ever had a worse customer experience in my entire life. We've gone through at least 3 project managers, 5 visits to install solar when they told us it would be a day. They damaged our brand new roof during install and though they admitted it and promised they'd fix it, we had to chase them down for two months before they finally came up with a solution, which took another 4 months to complete. They knowingly installed equipment that Excel energy would not approve so we failed the first witness test with Excel. Every crew that has come out to fix what the previous crew was unable to fix had no idea what they were supposed to do, and did not have the gear to do it. Delay after delay, wrong equipment after wrong equipment, error after error, NO communication, weeks to get email responses, it's been an absolute disaster.
