The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

CESC Limited tampering in meter box since 2006 by tapping

CESC HAS BEEN TAPPING OUR ELECrTIC LINE THROUGH THE METER BOX THAT WAS INSTALLED IN OUR HOUSE WHEN LIGHTNING CAUSED THE PREVIOUS METR BOX TO GET BURNT.AFTER THAT NEW METER WAS INSTALLED ON 12 SEPT 2006 BUT TAPPING CONTINUED THROUGH TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC LINES AND IN THIS WAY OUR PRIVACY WAS HAMPERD.THERE WAS VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY EVEN AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THAT LED TO BREAKDOWN OF T.V. SET AND COMPUTER, WHICH IS STILL CONTINUING..PROBABLY THE PROBLEM IS NOT COMPLETLY RESOVLOVED BECAUSE ON 7 JUNE 2011 AGAIN MY TV SET WENT DEAD DUE TO THE SAME PROBLEM.FREQUENTLY BURNT SMELL CAME OUT FROM THE METER BOX.CONSUMER NO [protected] NAME NARARAYAN BHATTACHARJEE
SO I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST U TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GIVE A IMMEDIATE SOLUTION AS IT IS LEADING TO LOSS OF MONEY AND A RISK TO OUR LIFE.
