I am extremely upset at this company whom I have no idea of. They have charged my VISA so far three times now within the past month. $10.00 every time. I am really getting upset about this. I have no idea who this company is and what they are charging me. I have no recollection of signing up for anything to do with them. I would like to be able to get my money back since they have taken it illegally. This is something I cannot afford being on a limited budget.

Thanks,
Michelle, OHIO.

From 'out of the blue,' WLI RESERVATIONAWARDS has been debiting my checking account for $9.00 a month for about seven months. I have made three telephone calls to explain that I do not know 'who or what' WLI is and I want no part of it, and that I want the total amount they have 'scammed' returned to my checking account. Now, this is the third month that I have asked that this pratice be stopped. My latest bank statement, ending Octobet 10, 2006 still has a $9.00 WLI debit on it.

Please advise.

I just filled out a complaint with my State Attorney General against WWL Reservations Reward. They have been taking $10.00 out of my account for 11 months.

I sent my aunt Flowers from FTD last year and they claim I clicked on their magic button...(something I would never do). They need to be stopped. I was told I'd have my money refunded. I never did. I am really livid.

I purchased yarn from Jo Anns yarn shop and this to happened to me. They said I agreed to signup with them and I know I never did. If you cant trust these companies with your credit card we must stop purchasing from them. This way they will wake up. They must know this is going on and bet you they are getting paid to allow this scam on us. They say they will refund my $10.00 so am waiting to see for 5 days. Next stop attorney general of MA.

I only noticed this recurrent $10.00 monthly withdrawal from our checking account in April '07. Upon further investigation I found this practice started in December of '06 after I made a purchase from Lane Bryant on-line catalog for my mother at Christmas. I also found another $10.00 monthly withdrawal at the same time again reportedly after I signed up for a membership with Reservation Rewards and joined a NASCAR fan club. Both companies tell me I signed up "automatically" when I made the purchase from the Lane Bryant website. I was totally unaware of this and had no idea we were being automatically signed up for these services nor that $20.00 monthly was being removed from our checking account. I did not authorize these and demand a full refund from both companies. I wonder whether Lane Bryant is aware of this practice or receiving a profit from same-I just want a refund and to be removed from this all together! HELP!

I too am having the same problems with this so called WLI Reservation Rewards crap. The only thing I remember signing up for was the Disney Movie Club and now I'm being charged $10 a month from these people. What is the deal here?! I want my money back!

I am having the same problem as others. I am being charged $10 every month for what, I don't know. When I tried to called the 800 number on my bank statement - a recording comes on stating for a charge of $5.86 they will transfer me to an international number. The 800 number is no longer in service. Can someone tell me what I can do to stop this madness? I don't want to pay the bank a stop payment charged unless I have to.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I noticed 10.00 charge on my debit card statement for August. I can not figure where or how the company WLI* Reservationsrewards accessed my debit card number & my address.
They certainly are sleek, assuming no one will notice or complain about a 10.00 charge. I wonder how many, 100's of victims get debit & do not notice it for several months.
They are either hacking into other web sites, stealing info under lamb's clothing.

My husband and I found this $10.00 charge on our card and after doing some research we found that they had taken out 3 months of charges. We contacted our bank and told them it was not an authorized charge and they debited our account. Now... today... at work I discovered the same charge on my boss's card. Even though the charge is a small one, just imagine how much these criminals are getting over-all!

I just discovered this myself on my MasterCard. Apparently it has been on there since March of this year. Stupid of me not to have checked sooner. At any rate, the charge comes from clicking on some button on a web site that is selling something. In my case it was through FTD.COM. I contacted the credit card company and they connected me to the company in question. The conversation was being recorded. I have asked that a copy be kept for subpoena. I will also contact FTD. In my opinion this is nothing short of a scam and may be fraud... that will be up to a court to decide.

I will stand behind any lawsuit against this company. My husband and I keep having recurring $10.00 charges as well - we signed up for NOTHING and are being scammed as well - the charge doesn't look like any other debits from our account - it is pending for a couple of days before it clears. I am trying to get my bank involved.

I also have the same problem and have no idea why they are charging my card 10 $ every month.

I NEARLY signed up for this without realizing it. I bought a hard drive online and afterwords I could click a link to get $20 off my next purchase with this company... so of course I clicked it. I had to fill in info again to download my coupon and I thought..."wait a minute..." I read carefully and discovered I was actually signing up for Reservations Rewards to try for a month. If i didn't UNSUBSCRIBE then they would start billing me $12 month. Needless to say... I don't want the coupon that badly. But I nearly did it without realizing! Be careful out there! I don't think these companies realize how slick these advertisers are.

Let's face it. You're another person that accepted the "offer" without reading the terms and conditions right in front of your face. I have seen the ad many times and know it by heart at this point. The $10 coupon is on top, the terms and conditions are the only text on the page, and to the left there is an icon saying "Free 30 day Trial, then $12 a month thereafter!". Then at the bottom of the page is a box explaining that by entering your email address twice in the spaces below as an electronic signature indicates that you are agreeing to the terms listed above and are authorizing them to bill the card on file. I don't know how much more clearer they need to make it for you. I don't even know how this can be considered fraud when YOU are the one entering your email address and "authorizing" the transaction. It is just beyond me how people do not read a damn thing and then call companies like this a scam. Let me guess... you did it "unconsciously"? What does that mean? You blacked out during your online purchase and you forehead hit the keyboard accepting the membership? Just admit that you are ignorant, do not know how to read, and need to stop shopping online so that way these "fraudulent charges" stop appearing.

Have no ideal who these people are, but taking money out of account has left me with overdraft charges. This has been cancelled by calling them direct hopefully! It is fraud and i will take the next legal step if my account see"s another illegal charge!
