We have the Premium business plan. We have processed two payments and received payouts. Now they won’t send a payout after 18 days and have blamed it on the verification process. Ive been told several times they have the information they need. I need to be paid.
I have been hacked by an WIX employee it seems. They hacker is using the WIX logo in an email to appear as a WIX employee trying to help. He’s no help and shouldn’t be allowed on my site. I asked the WIX staff about this and was told not too worry and carry on. Then I was told 12 hours later that he was an imposter and tio kick him occ.
