Signed upp to Wix in 2022 for £144 12 month premium Business plan.
Did not press auto renew on plan.
Last month September 2025 received an email from Wix notifying me that I would be debited £360 through Amex for 2025/6.
Contacted them with evidence of auto renew off and requested refund. Offered £40 to go away. Amex said there is 120 day limit on dispute payments. No notifications received 2023 or 2024 of renewal or increase in subscriptions. Until 2025, when I became aware.

Claimed loss: £244 & £360 2 YEARS OF UNAUTHORISED AND UNNOTIFIED PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS AND INCREASES!

Desired outcome: FULL REFUND
