When the auto renewal appeared in my email I immediately tried to contact the company. It took some doing to finally reach customer service. I exchanged 14 emails with 7 or 8 different people. I provided tangible proof of my existence. I was told they don't do refunds because they send an email 30 days in advance of the renewal. I never received the alleged email and asked for proof. None was forthcoming. They say the renewal is annual. It isn't. Annual means once a year not 30 day cycles. I opened the subscription on August 2, 2025, the renewal was put in effect, July 2. That's not a year. So...they are not honorable.
Claimed loss: $66 and change.
Desired outcome: Refund my money. They have a flawed policy. And, make it easier to even get in touch with customer service instead of having your customer wasting hours talking to AI. Which useless.
