I ordered a cell phone on wish. It was supposed to arrive by 20 August it didn't. I requested my refund on 20 August and I didn't get my refund even today. I addressed this matter on wish.com several times but I don't get any help. First they said I must wait 14 after requesting a refund and I waited and nothing happened. After 14 days they told me I must wait 7 days again. I got angry but I waited and still nothing happens. So right now I'm very sad about the treatment. I didn't get my item, I didn't get my refund. Please this is my last hope. Can I please have my money back
