Wish online shopping

I was going to place and oder with wish but I cancel it sum one eles got a hold of my prepaid master card on the wish site used my prepaid master card to do so place and oder now I have to fight wish cause sum one eles through the wish site got my info used it to bi stuff on Sept 29 2017 now it's gonna take me 60 to 90 days to try and get my money back why do people on the site know sum one eles info to me this seems like a scam right now am out 200 dollars and all I was trying to do was do sum chirstmas shopping on line yu guys need to get with it and make sure stuff like this does not happen again and your phone number a joke there's no live person to talk to what a joke will I do more shop with yu guys I think not chantal gillanders fix things so people can shop and not be scam like me

I have not received the following products;

1. silicone snake food grade bake mould - red

2. red sponge holder - kitchen tools multi function supporter

3.luxury bling diamond embossed flip cover in red for samsung S7 phone

I am a regular customer and have not had any problems. However this time i received most of my goods except the three listed above. Please send them Asap as i paid for them

I have not received three items. A bling embossed diamond flip case for samsung S7 phone . It is red colour .a red silicone snake bake mould . A red sponge holder. I have paid fir them so wou k d appreciate you sending tbe asap. Thanks adina

Wish wish support

I placed an order, paid of the goods...next morning to check my shipping status, found out my account is blocked and latest order not completed. Emailed the support about 10 times, they cant help me or I think they just dont want to help. They sitting with my money and refuse to help a customer. They dont inform a customer of why the account has been blocked. This is sick and theft.

Wish lack of service

I have placed quite a few orders on WISH. Firstly they move ETA's around without informing the customer. They give you so many BS excuses and all are the same, it's almost as if the excuses are automated because on all of my orders I queried about, they were identical. They passed a refund for a product I bought without even asking me. I really wanted the product and they couldn't even get it for me, yet they are still marketing it. They SUCK.

Wish quality and sizing

This website is like to may others (Rosegal etc) a joke if not a fraud.

I bought several items but the sizing is so small. I am a size m to L and ordered XXXL as I read some of the reviews and these said to use the largest size. It is so small it does not even fit my granddaughter which is skinny and a size small.

I would not purchase anything there again. There is not refund policy in place so beware!

Wish wish give away

the wish giveaway to me is looking like a scam today I sat on my phone from 9 to 9:15 when it was supposed to end it never started and I never got a notification then I went back to the home screen then back to the section where the giveaway is and it said that the giveaway was already complete at all the items had been given away never started for me

Yes its defiantly scam or trying to full people and seat there for nothing...i try and on that page for giveaway for 4 days and even i see there are items left when i click i am getting no more item and in few min after all items gone...see attached pic that i can see item left and i click on CLAIM but same thing happen last 3 days and not able to get any item even added to my cart so defiantly scammers. I order lots of item from them but never expected this kind of stuff from them.

Wish daily giveaway

Everyone around me has the daily giveaway option but I do not. I would like to know why it's not available to me? I get frustrated because everyone around me is getting free gifts from the daily giveaway, and the option isn't even open for me. I am over 18 so I should be eligible for the giveaway. Can anyone help me out with this, maybe explain to me how to get the daily giveaway. Or at least tell me why I don't have it.

Refresh the giveaway page and you be able to claim free stuff otherwise you will never get anything...the giveaway notification always pops up after everything is already been claimed so you have to refresh the giveaway page instead while the giveaway is going on...

Are you using the app for the giveaway? I've heard that the giveaway is not available for IOS users, but I'm not sure if that's true. I have android, so I don't know for sure.

Having an iPhone has nothing to do with status quo. If anything this is the app and its creators assuming that everyone who has an android or non Apple device is so poor that they can’t afford their products.

Wish have not received my order

I am I unable to reach anybody in regards to my orders that have not came in they were to arrive on August 31st they were to arrive on August 31st and today's date is September 27th and I still have not received my order. I am not sure what to do and who to contact in regards to where my order is. Please contact me in regards to this matter.

Wish product is too small. I am a size 14 so I ordered large and the jacket is too small

Item 59b93f055556e0d4c930f9f0 is too small and I would like to return for a larger size. I also tried to go back to the app as instructed to request a refund or exchange and the app was not help at all. The item is a blue zip up winter jacket with a hood and gray glove like slaves that you slip your hands through and thumb. Please allow me to return it for a larger size. Size LXX.

Wish the 9:00-9:15 gift section.

My name is Tracy Cline, my email is [protected]@gmail.com. I was on the gift section on your app. I hit claim and every time I hit it, it asked me to choose a color, it would constantly say out or not available, I know this isn't true because it kept saying claim. So I never got my free gift because it kept doing this. All I wanted was the tablet that was on there. The date was 9/24/2017 the time was 9:02 pm est. I am very upset because I have tried for 5 days to get an item and was excited to finally be able to claim an item I wanted and I get treated like this. This really hurts my feelings, and makes me not want to use this app but I love ordering from you. Can you please help me with this issue? I hope you can make this right for me. Thank you for listening and I will be waiting for an answer.

I had the same problem. I claimed the item it took me to a size and I clicked on my size and then it disappeared. Never went into my cart. When I went to check the item again it was none available. I have been on every night at 8:55 and I never even seen the claim button show up. Then all of a sudden there isn't anything left. So I was so excited to see the claim button for an item I wanted. Clicked on claim, clicked a size. There were only 3 sizes and one was mine. Then it was gone. It's not right :(

Wish are scam partners.

I paid for several items online with Wish with my credit card and then Klarna also sent me faktura demanding payment on collection twice.

For this same item, I have shown that I have paid by credit card and then also by online payment. They refused to refund saying that I have other items not paid so they deduct the over paid amount. The item they have cited was also already paid by credit card at the time of purchase.

Klarna and Wish are scam partners.

Wish neoprene slimming belt

My name is mariah bishop and ive been trying to order a neoprene slimming belt for a $1..i have a paypal so thats what i pay with..it will not let me purchase because of my shipping address..it keeps saying to fixit but there is nothing wrong with it..i have $2 in my paypal and the slimming belt is $1.90..so why cant i purchase this item? I have tried and tried to purchase and it wont let me..i really need help or wil not use your sight again

Wish wish giveaways site does not give code for checkout

DATES: I tried for 3 days (9/20/17), (9/21/17), (9/22/17), each day during the giveaway USA time of 9:00 pm-9:15 pm. I would select an item from the giveaways page and the item would automatically be placed in my cart.
THE PROBLEM: I needed a code to checkout the giveaway item that was in my cart. There was no code given on the giveaway page. No code on any of the 3 days that I tried to order/buy. I tried e-mailing Wish.com asap but I would only get a prefabricated answer of "giveaways must checkout within time limit" answer. I was within the hour time limit and I email Wish.com with no help. So if I wanted the item, I would have to pay regular price. All I wanted was to know was how/where to get the code to checkout my giveaway before time ran out. For 3 days, I re-try to order from giveaway, still no code for my checkout. I see that I need to stay with companies that care about having a customer. Wish.com could not give an answer to my question nor recognize the problem of me not seeing or where to find a code for the giveaways products.

Wish the items I ordered

I have been ordering several items on wish website and I haven't had too many problems but now I have ordered a Harley Quinn half shirt that was 5.95 and a iPad for kids that was $10.95 both were cancelled and I'm pissed off. I have the money and my kids will be upset you either figure out how to get my items I ordered and paid for to me or I will contact my lawyer and the better business bureau and report you

Wish no products received but my charge card has been charged

Order was placed on 09/05/17 and my charge card was processed and money was released to you. Where is my Product or REFUND MY MONEY! Your customer service is zilch and I should have realized you are a boot leg company ! I Want contact from an actual person if you have one. I purchased a womens leather jacket/coat and 2 pr of thongs . Dark brown jacket and 1 red and 1 black pair of thongs.

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

I ordered a laptop, when it did not arrive I checked the notification, it said that it was delivered but it was not delivered at my address.
I informed Wish and nothing was done about it. I went to my credit card company and claim my money back.
Wish then blocked my account, when I contacted wish I was asked to upload photographic ID for identification.
I I’d that But my account is still block.
I am very disappointed that Wish give no protection to customers, but rather punish customers for going the our banks to claim our money back.

I tried contacting support but told that I must first contact payment issues but payment issues do not address my situation.

I have been ostracised by Wish for no fault of my own, how can this happen to a loyal customer.

I started another account, bought another laptop.
I received a message that the item was no longer available and was given the option of choosing another item.
I asked for my money back, I received a refund by them Wish went on to block that account too.

Can I have some explanation please

I have had the same thing happen to my husband. Our purchases totalling $945. PayPal don’t to know. Wish has blocked his account and then it said upload photo but to no avail. we are unable to contact anyone.

I recently experienced the same issue. I'm guessing its because I reported one of their sellers and escalated the issue & reported false advertising following a refund request with PayPal & opened another case with CONSUMER AFFAIRS, so they are currently under investigation. Instead of taking the PROFESSIONAL APPROACH & working with these agencies until the situation is thoroughly investigated & holding their own vendors responsible, the entire company decided to take it to heart & terminated my account. The only explanation that I received from their agents was that my account had been "BLOCKED" with no reason behind it. I've been a wish customer for nearly 3yrs & I've never had this kind of issue UNTIL RECENTLY after filing a dispute along with pictures & tons of other evidence of being swindled by a vendor of theirs. So THIS could be the only explanation as to why I now have NO ACCESS to my account.
Accounts aren't just "BLOCKED" for no good reason. Pretty unprofessional & juvenile if you ask me. Anyone else going thru a "payment issue" such as mine started out as, double check & go to "contact an agent" & inquire why you have limited or no access to your account, & try to remember whether or not you have an open dispute with this "company." These people obviously aren't business savvy enough to handle disputes, as they wouldn't just DISABLE someone's account clearly because THEIR VENDOR is unreliable.

Yes I am going through the exact same thing and I've been screenshotting everything and plastering it all over the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS SITE! I WILL FIGHT STEADY AS WISH WILL NOT EVEN LET ME SPEND MY WISH CASH OR SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ANY OF MY ORDERS?! I'm going to screenshot your complaint to I u don't mind and send another complaint on BBB...I suggest you do the same and file complaints on BBB!

After reading many of the comments from Wish's customers I have to concluded that Wish is not a great company to deal with. I have been a good customer until about a month ago, I went to purchase one or two items only to get a message, "Something is wrong with your user account". I have tried several times to get in touch with customer service and received only useless information. I tried to use a different visa card, and change mode of payment and getting the same result. I'm frustrated and don't know who should I turn to.
May be Wish is too big and does not care for its customer any more. This is the road for a down fall. A company cannot get too big that it cannot fail.

I ordered this item and no where on the picture or description does it state the plug is NOT a U.S. plug. What was sent to me was an (EU) European plug of which I cannot use. Wish refund — overcharging

I was informed Sept that I was to receive a refund of 11.95 as of today I have not received also I noticed overcharging I was charged 22.95 September 27 for merchandise not ordered also past orders I have not received I will be filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau regarding this matter I expect a refund also the 22.95 charge which no merchandise was received Also my correct address was not listed only name and city was on a package are these workers illerate cannot read english
