I've logged in to wish 7 days in a row and made sure to put items in my cart everyday. I am a normal wish customer and I currently have 38 items in my cart. I go on to pay for all of my items after my seven day log in, and all of the stamps are gone and I do not get any type of bonus. This is extremely frustrating as I will only now buy one or two items instead of everything that I wanted.

He asks me for an email and a summary of my bank account of a purchase already made with you. But never what has been done is my first time in the application.
How can I proceed or what should I do to be able to buy the products?

I was on the app for geek. Which is a wish.com site on March 22, 2018 and purchased the ad with the cell phone. I screen shot the item description I purchased and it was in English and stated it was a an actual cell phone. Then about a week or so went by and I went back to my app to see the status of my order and I noticed the ad for the item had changed, it was now on Spanish. The whole ad has been changed. I then preceded to contact customer support through the app to question why the ad changed and to verify the item was still a cell phone that was being sent to me. I got a response advising me it is now a cable for the cell phone. I provided the customer support rep with my screenshots and explained how the ad changed since I purchased it. They advised that I need to wait for the item to be delivered and sent them a photo of it. I then requested multiple times to be refunded or send me the item I actually ordered. I have not gotten any resolution to this issue as of yet. This is illegal! I will never order from Wish.com or any affiliated company ever again. I still am owed a refund or the item I actually ordered. I have attached the English ad which is the one ordered and also a image ad in Spanish which is what they changed it too after I purchased.

I reorder it on March 2 2018 I got March 26 2018 it was nothing like it was advertise was I ask to return it and a refund we are now in April 10 2018 and still have not received a refund. They say that I got a refund in February and yes I did but I was charged in March 2 for the second order it's on my bank statement. So I want this done right.

I ordered a dash cam supposed to have a 32Gb Sd card it did not and I paid more for it than it was supposed to be I can't get customer service to do anything I want my money back no instructions to return item I believe they are scamming people and should not be able to have an app on Facebook does anyone have a phone number for these people?I have tried to get customer service with no response they send my emails back and tell me to let them know if I'm satisfied. I received a really nice coat but it is the wrong size. I ordered an extra large. I received a very small . When I looked back on line it had shown xs-l was what I ordered. It is from China. Have not been able to contact them as my order is on PC not app. They want a picture and I can't give them one, so the problem couldn't be processed. They apparently don't have an exchange system set up. I wanted an address to return it to, again I can't get an answer. The customer service number is a recording--no help. I have other things coming that do not require size. The coat did come on time so I believe the others will be on time.

I think you guys should get a lawyer, that's what i'm doing, this is crazy I never got my shirt they just kept my money.I emailed them again and asked them them if this is some kind of scam never got a response for the shirt.unfortunately when I ordered my shirt I had also ordered other stuff theirs a pair of pants that are to small, so I emailed them and asked them how to return it to get a bigger size, they asked me for a picture I took one and sent it in, after that never heard from them again.

It says logon 7 days by a certain date to get a 50% off bonus. I collected all my stamps but instead of earning the bonus. It started counting all over again like I earned nothing. No way to contact them for help on the matter either. Not a real benefit :( If any person can assist in describing how this works, I would really appreciate it and would like to benefit from the 50% off.

I had ordered a backpack and I received a phone case that wasn't even for my phone. I returned the package and I still haven't received my refund. This is very upsetting I love to shop on wish and I returned the incorrect item as instructed. I probably will delete the wish app and never shop on there again! This is super frustrating and it's quite irritating that I can't even get my money back for an incorrect item that I didn't even purchase.

One Order says it has an Insufficient address but I have my COMPLETE address listed with my Home Phone Number on my Profile (this has happened before where my mailing address was incomplete).
And information regarding my second Order says It was Out For Delivery on March 30, 2018, but I NEVER received a Postal Notification of a Delivery Attempt, and today is April 9, 2018!
missing items
I'm missing a bout 7-8 items that have been paid for or they where almost delivered when my account got deleted, and I paid for them, they saying i didn't...my name is Rhonda History, , all items I've ordered come to same address and Dept card...it's going on 3 months now, I finally got one of my missing items that they said i didn't pay for 4/5/18, I had to open the item in the order page to get the confirmation number for them then I refunded right away... only way I knew how to get the numbers...I love wish ...but I just want my items...listed on my page...call the stores they will have records of my name address..etc.. please do right by me...all I ask.. just one of the items on my list.. I did not receive almost 10 of my items from wish.com and I payed quite a lot . I received three items and some of the items were very bad quality. I want my money back . The due date has passed by three months .
wish refunded customers for the wrong reason
This refund was done by Wish on March 29, 2018. 
I am a Merchant and a customer had bought 200 pcs, 100 sets of love birds wedding favors from my store. The customers received the item and said that 7 sets of the 100 sets were damaged. Wish did not say anything to me and fully refunded the customer. They sent me a notice saying that items does not match and that is the reason they had fully refunded the customer.
Customer ordered 200 pcs which is 100 sets with White ribbons, It clearly stated in the description that it is 100 sets for $156.00.
If wish had told me I would have personally sent 7 sets or partial refund the customer. Now the customer has 100 set of my products and a full refund.
I have been explaining this to wish like one hundred time and not one is listening to me. Both Wish and this customer had ripped me off.
Now I am seeking my payment or the return of my products but wish kept on not giving a straight answer. They gave away my products for free and I am at a lost.
They kept on sending me their policies but it doesnt pertain to my situation. My products matched the exact products the customer received. I understand that 7 set were damaged but I could have fixed that but wish didnt gave me the opportunity and now they are ignoring my requests.

0inc smart tv but
I purchased what was listed witch was a 70in smart TV. ...but after a few hours the product was charged to ear bud witch I was told would be refunded I also ordered other items and it says your refund was processed and should appear in to my account . I contacted the card company and nothing appeared but a transaction of a dollar. I have a charge on my bank account that I did not authorize. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank. It is very concerning to me that you do NOT have a 800 phone number that you can contact someone on. You have to go to the app and send an email. Well I don't have an app because I have not used your company.

Um. They do have a phone number. Did you even use Google before making a complaint. And when you buy something they generally take money from you.

On the 30th March, I placed an order for the VK World S8 mobile phone for my 4yr old daughter, I thought that the seller (cybermonday) had a sale on as I was only costing us £2 with delivery, all the pictures and all the information regarding the item was for the mobile phone only and nothing else, I did send all if the pictures into wish so they could see for themselves what I actually purchased. Now instead of recieving the item that I first paid for all wish has done is given me a refund, now anyone knows that if a retailer is selling any specific item for a certain price thats the price they have to sell it for as thats what's advertised on the item, even if say the price was mistakenly put £200 cheaper to what the price should be, but that the sellers mistake and I dont see why myself and my young daughter should be made to suffer by not recieving the phone which I paid for in good faith. I contacted wish for there help and all theyve done is basically side with the seller which they are in the wring not me. I expected wish to tell the seller that they have to send out what was advertised to the buyer but they haven't. So I've had to come down this route now and put a complaint in as I'm not getting the correct outcome. I had to explain to my 4yr old daughter that she was now no longer getting the phone that she found and what she wanted, it broke my heart seeing how upset she got. So all I'm asking is for wish to speak to the seller and get them to honour their sale of the phone which I purchased. I'm going to add screen shots if the phone in question. The purchase was coming over from China as well. As you can see from the pictures I bought a mobile phone only nothing else, hope to get this issue resolved asap for my daughters sake
I'm sorry you've had this experience. I bought two of the these phones and phone cases to suit. Phone cases came recently and are very nice, especially for the price. Today, two phone cables came with no information to identify that these are what I purchased instead of the phones. Like you, I read carefully when ordering so I knew I was purchasing these phones.
I wrote to WISH and said if the cables are my purchase instead of the phones, I want a refund for both phones and phone cases as I'll have no use for the phone cases as I will NEVER buy from WISH again. Later, I regretted not pushing to receive the phones instead of a refund but after reading your post, I can see it very likely I wouldn't have gotten them.
I am so very disappointed in WISH. I'd bought from them in the past and was very happy with what I purchased but after this experience, I will never risk my money again. What I received, isn't worth what I paid plus postage.
Why haven't I had no reply back from my complaint that I put in over a week ago? Very frustrating this as wish have just closed down my issue and issued me a full refund, which is not what I wanted, I stated that I wanted what I ordered and paid for.
