My husband and I regularly go to the customer service desk at winn dixie in palatka Florida to get Lotto and cigarettes and we have an issue because there's never anyone at the customer service desk and if a bagger or cashier calls someone out to the customer service desk it takes them forever to get there and when they do finally decide to show up they treat you as though you are bothering them and they are rude and run right back into the little office room they came out of... they do it EVERY DAY. We are at the point that we will take our business to publix right down the road if this is not addressed I'm sure you have plenty of the similar complaint. We don't ever complain but this is out
of control because it's every single day every single time

Same exact experience at the stores in Fernandina Beach and in Yulee. There is NEVER anyone at the customer desk, EVER! And I agree, you finally get someone to call for them it takes forever for them to get there. Publix is far superior to Winn-Dixie in customer service. I’ve debated just calling on my way to the store to let them know that I need assistance at the customer service desk. Maybe that way I won’t have to wait EVERY SINGLE time that I go there. I just assumed that the management in my area is no good but it sounds like it’s everywhere.
