Since I have moved to Ft Walton Beach from Panama City (last Nov.) I just can't seem to get any help at either the Seafood or Deli counters. Everytime I go to get something there is nobody there, literally. So I will wait around and eventually I give up. But today was just beyond the pale. I wait for about a couple of minutes and a man and woman finally came out and the woman departed leaving instructions for the man to follow, he proceeded to look around once and then moved to the middle of the counter and just ignored me (I don't think he likes to deal with customers is the feeling I got). After about another 30 seconds of this I just left and figured I would get some shrimp, no luck there either. I may be short but I am wearing an OSHA approved bright orange shirt. There is no missing me. This happened today just a little while ago. Check your cameras, ya can't miss me.
Desired outcome: Service, I just simply desire competent service.
Winn-Dixie - Electric carts for disabled
Went to Winn Dixie today because I can always find bargains on paper products etc. I am a senior citizen who needs an electric cart due to health limitations, went in the store and there were 0 carts available, but I was 1st in line for the next available after waiting 20 minutes and 2 other shoppers waiting as well finally a single cart became available. From what I understand that store on Eglin Parkway in Fort Walton Beach has a total of 3 carts only. There is a high volume of seniors on this area and the money they spend depends on the ability to shop with a cart. The employees and condition is store us amazing. This complaint is strictly limited to the carts only! Thank you
Desired outcome: More carts svailabke
