At the north port FL location, there is an associate that I have complained about to the night mgr. His name is Ethan. He acts like he's better than the customer who's paying his wages. Maybe he should get a job working at the Gay bar where he might feel more accepted instead of looking down his nose at the "low lifes" that frequent this store.
Desired outcome: I want an apology and if that doesn't happen, I want him and Nick fired. Not just moved to another store. I also want someone to acknowledge my complaint. Thank you. My phone number is [protected]
Winn-Dixie - Lack of product
Winn Dixie add for 12/10, 11, 12 stated Baby Back Ribs $2.99 Great price. Went to Northport Fl store on 12/12 and was told there were none. Supposedly got 10 boxes Friday and 10 on Saturday. No rain checks issued.
Why put something in your ad with a great price and not have enough product to meet demand. Do not give me the supply chain BS. Winn Dixie knew they could not come close to meeting the demand but still ran the add anyway. Bad business practice.
I was going to do my monthly shopping however after this deceptive advertising I will go to Publix and NEVER shop Winn Dixie again.
As a side note I felt bad for the service counter woman. She was trying to make excuses for Winn Dixies deception. Not her fault. Sadly the higher up responsible for this will never show his or her face.
