on [protected] around 530 pm i went in with my children to order some chicken .The business was a little busy but not that much . A young guy had came to take my order i notice he wasn't really paying attention to me because people was coming to him stating they was missing some items so he was all over the place trying to find there order . So when he did come to me again he took my order and still he was not paying attention i had to talk to to with a loud voice to ask him for a receipt . So i was standing watching the employee making the chicken i notice a employee was not wearing gloves and rubbing her eyes . still no watching her hands as she was pushing the order out i still notice she was rubbing her eyes . i ask can i speaking to the manager . The employee that took my order look like why and i ask to speak to the manager he laugh and went to get his manager norma . so i gave her my complaint about the employee that was rubbing her eyes and handle food with out washing her hands she said she was going to speak to her and she walk away . the employee laugh and still no action was made i ask for a refund very upset .

Desired outcome: wear gloves and more training
