Wingstop The service was poor as well as the food we ordered.

We went to the Wingstop store #1408 for dinner. We placed our order at the counter then waited about 30 min until one of the cooks came to the front to ask us have we received our food. We told him no then he looked in the front where the orders sit, and we realized that our food was sitting there. The girl who took our order was no where around. During our wait we spoke to another customer who had been there before we got there, he was waiting for a 6 piece which he finally received 25 minutes after we got there. As we sat we noticed 2 of the employees looked sick. One guy kept scratching his neck. The whole scene appeared to me none of them wanted to be there working. Finally we received our food and went home. The fries were so soggy with grease I could not eat them. We ordered 15 classic combo, garlic parmesan, and Cajun classic. The chicken tasty greasy and very much fatty. In the container where the chicken sits with I guess the liquid of seasoning sits was greasy. My husband and I picked through the chicken but ended up throwing everything away. It tasted that bad. We will NEVER EVER go to store #1408 again. Between the bad customer experience and the bad tasting chicken, fries. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths literally. It was a waste of $26.82. The receipt said do a survey and put # 94647.

Desired outcome: It would be nice to receive a refund but I don't know if that's even possible.

Wingstop 2 orders of boneless hot honey rub combos.

Manager: Tatianna Love was being very disrespectful when I first came in the restaurant around 5:50pm today I don't know what happened before I came in, but she had an attitude towards me soon as I came in. However, I ordered my food then I went next door to look at some shoes she literally threw the food on the shelf and the food almost fell on the floor, I told her I had 2 orders she went passed that, so I asked her for my drinks she rowed her eyes and shoved the cups into my hands like I was wrong.

Wingstop To go order

When calling to place a to go order which was just a 20 piece wing I was told that I had to use a phone app. Well I was driving so cant do the app at the time, so I went into the store itself, in front of a live poerson and was still told I had tro order thru an app. I was standing right there. They would not take my order. How can you run a business and turn customers away because I didnt know how to down load app? And they offered no help whatsoever. This was the store in gravois bluffs I will never go back, very rude. The manager wouldnt even talk to me. Worst service ever.

We have 2 locations in Columbus, Georgia, and to find out that they no longer serve the rolls is extremely heartbreaking. Bring back the rolls to the locations, here in Columbus, Georgia. Please! I have seen where other locations, nationwide, still have them on the menu. The rolls were extremely good and so was the butter. You cannot get rolls like these...

Wingstop Customer service, wrong order, cleanliness, operations

Hello,

I had the worst experience ever at the Laurel, Md Wingstop on Friday, December 20th. I witnessed several OSHA/health violations and received the worst customer service in America. First off, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Did not receive an acknowledgement, greeting, or anything. The soda machine stopped working, I informed the African American lady behind the counter to doing the wings. Shea completely ignored me, I informed the Spanish lady behind the counter, she told the African American lady. She responded, “if it’s not working, it’s not working”, Okay, but I paid for a drink as you can see below. She proceeded to toss wings. I asked the Spanish lady if she could provide a bottled drink since the machine was not operating properly? She stated the African American lady would have to help me. I waited 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes. I politely said, hello now my food is getting cold, and I still do not have a drink which I paid for. I asked for the corporate office information and both of the lady's names, and they completely ignored me. This was the WORST customer service I have ever received in my whole entire life. So, then I get home to my cold meal to my surprise I was given 8 wings vs 10, and 3 of those were deformed and oddly shaped, and should not been given to any paying customer or animal for that matter! I saw both of them drop chicken on the floor and kick it to the side, I saw one touch raw chicken then proceed to fill a seasoning dispenser without washing her hands. Not only were the individuals working at this Wingstop have nasty attitudes, but the health department would find the establishment nasty and unfit as well. Hopefully, no one in my home gets sick from salmonella poisoning due to all of the cross-contamination infractions I observed. The African American lady was rude, condescending and very unhelpful. I would suggest she finds a career path not dealing with the public or food.

This is my first time ever reaching out to any establishment about bad service, but this incident was a must. I more than likely would have called it a lost until I arrived home with the cold, 8 count and the 3 inedible deformed pieces of chicken.

I would like a full refund back to the form of payment I used for this purchase. And if possible, a gift card for a future use for my mistreatment. I would love if you could pull the camera from that store and see how long I was in the store at the register and at the soda machine. I arrived about 1:50 pm and did not leave the store until 2:30. No one should have to spend 40 minutes in establishment when the order was placed online. You should also, receive all the items purchased from your online order (including all 10 normal wings, and drink) It was utterly ridiculous. Another patron came in and stated, they always act like they can’t hear you. It was unbelievable, I have never witnessed such horrible, deplorable customer service in my life.

Wingstop Customer service is the worst

I came in to order a large order for our dealership for lunch on Friday the day before. They took my whole order and said for me to pay tomorrow (Saturday) when I picked up the order. They took down my name, phone # etc. I went to pick it up today at scheduled time. There was nothing prepared. I was then turned over to a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL man, claiming to be the General Manager, and stated they don't make anything until it was paid for, I explained I was there yesterday to place order and pay, the lady I gave the order to was standing right beside him, and just looked at me like a deer in headlights. I had 30 hungry employees waiting on me at the dealership for lunch. He continued to be extremely rude. I explained I tried to pay yesterday, he starts to yell at me "I don't know who you spoke to, but this is my store I am the General Manager"! NEVER will I go back there again. VERY RUDE! and I'm almost positive he won't even care about this complaint! Customer Service At it's finest in Gastonia, NC!

Wingstop Refund

I placed a order that was rushed and not correct. I got the wrong sandwich, cold unsalted fries and wings that were not fully cooked. I would like a refund. I contacted the store but they refuse to give me a refund or to speak to a manager. I can be reached at [protected].

Wingstop Suspicious behavior

I had ordered my meal and the cashier told me it would be $17.05 and i was paying in cash and he then told me it would be $17 instead. After i gave the cash, he didn't put it in the register and just held it and when he gave me the receipt it said 100% employee.

Wingstop never got my order

I ordered wings from wingstop via their app. Order number [protected]. I never got a confirmation email. I went to the madera, ca stop for wing stop where I had placed the order to be picked up.

I was advised by the staff that the order was still in the pending status and nothing could be done as long as it was pending status.

I never got my order because of issues with the app; yet wing stop charged me $26.50

Wingstop Wing stop at 410 and 151 San Antonio Texas

First of all the lady at the cashier was very rude and sarcastic later to find out she is the general manager I complained that the wings I purchased were very salty after I paid $50 something dollars she tells me with an attitude that is the way they are made and that she has no control about that no credit or refund offered. Very unprofessional and then tells me anything else and she stays quiet terrible terrible service very very disappointed I think she said her name was Leslie well Leslie you need better customer service you just LOST a Customer but with your attitude you probably DONT CARE!

Wingstop I have worked for this company for two weeks and I have been harassed

I have started woken for this company about 2 weeks ago told them on my hire date that cannot miss my wife's doctors appointment for our unborn child because there health was at a risk and the district manager agreed and offered me assistant manger positiona and took it was harassed made fun of wasn't trained and everyone working at this store consumes alcohol and weed doesn't do there job I had to completely take over the kitchen more than one occasion and when I was at my doctors appointment with my partner I would receive calls and text claiming that will never get the position I dwont deserve it or someone else deserves it and ashould just quit every day and scheduled on my appointment days trying to get me fired for missing work and the general manager of the store drinking on the job and smoking weed instead of working

Desired outcome: Everyone in the store that's a cook cashier and management all fired for harassing a fellow employee Who's just trying to be there for his wife and make a living

Wingstop Store manager

Service dover delaware service was rude and never got waiting on.

Manager younger lady said kids at home needed to go home 6 people working in this store after 5 min still not waited on we left.

Bear de location manager was only person working again not taking orders he said the register girl was on break could I do it on my phone I did not have my phone with me so I could girl had to come back from break to ring us up took a long time.

Wingstop My order that I placed on oct 23.

Not happy about this. I called at noon for a pickup at 2pm atthe N Kansas Expressway in Springfield Mo. When I went into the store it reeked of marijuana. I told the kid waiting on me about it. He said yeah, it's a stress reliever. One employee was coughing after taking a hit. I know this because I smoke. But have never smoked in the job. We got the wings for half time of the Chiefs game. It was not what I ordered. I called, told them what happened. Said they would remake order. Manager says he added extra wings for trouble but he lied. Got 20. I expected and asked for a refund plus free wings. Manager said couldn't do that. Explained that it probably would not have happened if employees were not stoned to the max. I expect more from this company.

Wingstop Wingstop Refund

Had a large order from Wingstop that was being delivered by DoorDash. Only a small part of the order was received. I immediately called DoorDash who refunded the money to Wingstop for the order and said that it is on Wingstop to refund the money to my card because they had my payment information. Over 12 days later and they have been near impossible to reach. The only response I’ve gotten from Wingstop was from their Twitter account who just told me “Thank you for providing this. We have escalated this to upper management and they will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.” 3 days after that response and I still received no response from Wingstop. I finally called DoorDash again today and they were able to transfer me to some customer service department for Wingstop. The customer service agent told me he forwarded my request for a refund to a different department and I said thank you and asked for a confirmation e-mail. I was told I couldn’t get a confirmation e-mail and so I asked if there was a phone number I could call to check on the status of my refund and was told there isn’t a number I could call. So I now have zero way to check the status of my request and basically just have to wait and hope one day money appears in my account for the order.

Wingstop Employee

9/24/2022

I did not receive one complete meal and I called and spoke to the manager and told me I can go back and get it. When I got there, "another manager" who didn't look like one (didn't speak nor dressed like one) and employees in the back kept laughing saying they did do stating I was a liar so loud everyone heard clearly after I was told to go back and get it. Verry unprofessional staff they have working.

Desired outcome: I would like for Wingstop to not just hire anybody. Customers want to go and have good customer service. Cannot settle for a 3-star rating. Need to step up and get rid of people that cannot attend others with good customer service.

Wingstop Pickup order

I order 20 wings on the 20th of September, in South San Francisco's, 22 Cestnut resteraunt. Once home we noticed that we only recieved 10 pieces of lemon pepper, was shorted the 10 piece Louisiana Rub. I've tried calling the location several times, but was constantly met with a busy tone. Any help with this, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Wingstop Refunds

I need help with a refund and I cannot get an answer. I have filed a BBB complaint and the AG will be next.

I went to Wingstop in Mesquite off of Cartwright. I ordered and they stated that it would be 20 to 30 minutes before it was completed. Knowing this location I knew that I needed to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes so I did so before going up there. They still stated that my order was not completed so I waited an extra 15 minutes and the order was still not completed at this time. I requested my refund and canceled the order which the girl did write canceled and stated that it would be 5 to 7 business days before I get my refund of $46.95. This cancellation was done on 9/5/2022 and here it is 9/20/2022 which I do not have my refund of $49.95.
