I'm a doordash driver. Tonight, I was there on 12/17/20 between 9pm-940pm. They are unorganized, orders never come out on time. You have to pray to God if you accept an order there, and hope its done. I waited 30+ minutes. People who came after got their orders first. What about the door dash order? The girl at the front asked me 3 times the name of the person on the order. Another door dash guy came in, she him his order before mine. I'm not sure if she screwed up and give my order to him and didn't say a word. I don't know if your people are high and working. They're unorganized, unprofessional, zero customer service skill, they shouldn't be running the place without an experienced manager. I don't know what kind of people you guys are hiring. They are garbage and need to be fired. Also, get off the door dash platform. These orders coming out 30+ min late are screwing drivers. This store in particular. I've been there other times where the orders were never coming out. I've cancelled and gave the benefit of the doubt. It's done. This store needs new staff, new training, new everything. I'd be happy if the store just closed down. Ridiculous. I've had it with this location.
