Whirlpool washing machine

On October 10, 2014, I purchased a Whirlpool model WFC7500VW2 washing machine CD32912424 series, at the price $ 800. In August 2018, I has to place 2 service calls for repairs and incured a total of 415$ to maintain the machine.

In January 7 2019, I brought the repairer a third time, following the problems
from August, and learned I have to invest $ 900 (piece only), otherwise the product must be replaced.

Whirlpool customer service denied Quebec legal warranty and moreover. I have requested Whirpool to incur costs of the piece to change and man power for repair (letter sent Janvier 7 2019). To date, Whirpool encourage me to buy another machine: that is against my environmental values (this machine is 4.5 years old and should go to the recycling yet). Big disapointment in Whirpool product quality and sustainable policies.

Whirlpool model umv1160cw-3 microwave

4 years ago, we purchased a model umv1160cw-3 over the range microwave. After 14 months the door cracked around the handle and eventually fell off. We made the huge mistake of buying the same model for ease of installation thinking that this would be an atypical issue. We purchase another duplicate model in april of 2016 and less than 16 months later the same issue occurred. Spoke to customer service on 12/28/2018 and they told me that they would pick up the cost of the parts but I would be responsible for labor which actually exceeded the cost of the microwave. Exceedingly poor-quality product and support. Will not purchase another whirlpool appliance.

Whirlpool damaged product

I bought a washing machine Lwt 14kg twin tub washer last feb 25. I did not get to try until after 2 weeks only to find out the washer was too weak. It is a 14kg washing machine and I know for a fact it should be able to at least wash 4 pants at once but no, the machine is too weak. I asked for replacement of the unit ti only to be denied. I havent had it for 1 year and I already had 2 repairs! Now not even after 1 use from the last repair I need to have it checked again. Please replace the unit you sold as it is damaged to start with! I thought whirlpool is sturdy and should last but this unit is just a piece of junk. I earned the money I used to buy this so can someone please call me and start replacing this unit!

Whirlpool dishwasher

After two service calls I diagnosed the problem myself. The dishwasher will NEVER work properly because of design flaws.

I complain to whirlpool three times and heard nothing. Obviously they don't care about their reputation or the products they manufacture.

I called them and wrote them but so far no response. I guess I'm stuck with this piece of [censored].

Whirlpool dishwasher

Purchased 08/23/2017 with extended warranty from Brandsmart.
Machine never dried properly. Heating element replaced, still would not heat or dry. 3 different techs came out, have the tun around. Tried to blame my elderly mother for not using proper detergent. Then would not fix. Now machine won't operate at all.

Whirlpool kitchenaid refrigerator

My refrigerator has been not functioning for close to 6 months... I have wasted hours and months having a Kitchenaid designated service company attempt to repair the ongoing issues :

1- loud grumbling noise: part was replaced still making noise, )
2- freezes food and spoils it within the main area of the refrigerator. Issue still has not been resolved by technician.
3- mother board with the information regarding temperature ...doesn't turn on.

I have been on the phone multiple times with kitchen aid.. ( each phone call is at least 1-2 hours) have had the technician come multiple times... and nothing resolved.
Technician has missed appoinents poor follow up, parts that have been ordered took a month before installed and replaced
This has been going on since August 2018...
And presently I'm on the phone for the last 1:30 minutes with Kitchenaid.
The technician was on the phone with Kitchenaid ... we hired someone to be there during the visit and takes notes. This was December 6, 2018... the technician was on the line for 2 hours with technical support at Kitchenaid.
Now Kitchenaid claims this call didn't take place as they have no record of it. My witness is a retired policeman we hired to be present.
The technician said he could not repair the fridge...

Now Kitchenaid wants to send a third party to see if the refrigerator is irreparable.
Which may take weeks... as they don't know who they can send to the area.

If Kitchenaid keeps this up I will be out of warranty... I guess that's the purpose of all the delays.
At this rate I'm not going to enjoy the Xmas holidays. I will be having to spend endless more hours trying to get my refrigerator issue resolved.

Whirlpool range

It has been about 2 wks now since I complained about my oven not working. Both Lowe's and Whirlpool just want you to go away; not interested in helping you out. We bought 4 appliances: range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The dishwasher never worked so finally got a new one, it appears to be working fine. Here it is mid-December and I want to do some Christmas baking but no one wants to help me. This is really customer appreciation! My oven takes OVER an hour to reach 350 and has NEVER reached 400. Our Thanksgiving (a week late) was ruined. I cooked our turkey in the pressure cooker. Now they're working on ruining our family's dinner Christmas too. This is the worst company ever. I have pleaded for help today; I was on hold for a total of 40 min. today. I called back twice was put on hold a total of 3 times and the last time no one ever answered.

Had several problems with machine lid was not locking, not draining, it would eat socks and wash clothes or any small items, needs inlet valve and even though its a 5.3 you can't fill it up all the way you have to stop at the last hole on middle of machine and when using fabric softner was told to dilute that.. Still need inlet valve was told that it is on...

Whirlpool dry machine ref# [protected]

Dear All

Whirlpool customer service is unacceptably bad.
It was quite a shock.
Our Drier broke after 3 days. After two weeks trying to fix it, Ehirlpool decided that they have two change the equipment. After one week, the only information we have is that it can't be delivered in December, so another 3 weeks.
It doesnt stop there, call center keeps pushing you from one person to another, waiting is 40 minutes and it often is interrupted, meaning you have to start all over again.
Finnaly, call center attitude is often just rude, which is outrageous.
We are very disappointed, we can't resolve the issue in a timely manner or have a discussion whith someone who can give us an assertive answer.
I expect much better.

Whirlpool refrigerator

My freezer of my French door fridge froze shut I pulled it open and the door broke off. I called to have it repaired and was told it would not be covered this is a 2500 fridge and I have a warranty. I am beyond pissed. Why make a cheap product? This is crazy that you buy something and the company doesn't stand behind there products. I want this situation remedied asap.

Whirlpool washing machine

Bought the Whirlpool (Maytag) washer in May 2018 from Menard's so it's under Whirlpool warranty yet.Machine went out December 3rd, 2018. Can't get anyone out for a week if the machine can not be repaired they take the machine someone else looks at it then decides if it's bad. I asked how it works to get a new machine that we can't be without one her reply I don't know. Excuse me! I don't know doesn't work for me, you better find out. The washer just stopped filling with water, it doesn't lock the lid, no lights come on, the agitator does not go around, it just makes this noise like the motor is running but nothing is working. If it only needs parts they can not even give me an estimated time frame on getting those and back here to get them in the washer to get it fixed. So frustrated right now. I want to send all my receipts from the laundry mat to Whirlpool to be reimbursed. To resolve this I want my full money back for this machine and the 2 year warranty I took out on it for a total of $690.70. I will never buy a Whirlpool (Maytag) product again. At this point with the customer service we received I don't want the machine fixed, my question is how long with that last. A 5 month old washer shouldn't need to be repaired if it was any good and I'm afraid that we are always going to have issues with it.

Whirlpool kitchen range model wfc310soebo

I purchased this kitchen range from Menards in Superior WI on September 8, 2017. I began to notice a problem with burners being unlevel in a few weeks, even though the stove was perfectly level. When I was speaking with the person in the appliance department at Menards before I bought the stove he assured me the top, where the burners are was porcelainized. This became the other problem. After several months the area around the burners started bubbling. Then the two larger burners broke. I tried calling the Whirlpool service number(s) several times a day, staying on the phone for one to two hours and never getting a rep to answer. Somehow I finally got a service person who ordered the two burners and after about three weeks they arrived and were installed under the warranty. Meanwhile I was corresponding with a customer rep from Menards about the painted top of the stove bubbling. This went on for a few more weeks with no satisfactory result. Yesterday, November 26 I talked with the appliance department manager at Menards about giving me a refund on the range so I could buy another. he told me Menards would only do that if the request is approved by Whirlpool. Whirlpool kitchen-aid dishwasher

I had purchased a new dishwasher in March/April of this year, 2018. It has only been used perhaps 5-6 times to date. I love the product, it is quiet and cleans well. However, on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 I came home after being gone for 5-6 hours only to find my new kitchen floor to being floating in hot water! It has seeped down through the flooring and into the basement, soaking my brand new insulation job of 5 weeks. This appliance had a price of $1200.00 on it. I just finished a new kitchen floor in May due to a dishwasher doing the same thing.I would like some help with this situation. Thank you in advance.

This is the worst self cleaning system I've ever used. I followed the instructions and do not let the oven get dirty. I used the oven to bake over Thanksgiving and there was spillage. I ran the Aqualift procedure 4 times with no results. I then was told by a rep on a chat line at Maytag to use Affresh. This isn't working either, so now I have a very stained...

Whirlpool range-hood

I need your help with the following situation.
I purchased from Home Depot over $6000 dollars of Kitchen appliances (Double Ovens, Dishwasher, Cooktop, Range Hood, Microwave, Trash Compacter). Every is working well with the exception of the range-hood. We had the Whirlpool Service come out and look at the range-hood. It was determined it needed a new part. zPer the instructions I made another appointment to have the part installed. I took off from work the day the appointment was. In the middle of the day I recieved a phone call from Whirlpool saying the service call was being cancelled because the part did not come in yet. We were then told to make another appointment which we did two weeks later. The day before I got a call confirming the service call. I again took off from work. Once again in the afternoon I recieved a call from Whirlpool saying the part did not come in and they need to reschedule the appointment. Then they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and came back saying the part was not available. They told me to call Whirlpool customer service. I made the call and was told just the opposite that the part was available and that we then rescheduled another appointment to fix the range-hood. Once again I took off from work. To my surprise I again was called while I was waiting for the Range-Hood to be fix that the part was not available and the service appointment was going to be canceled. two weeks ago I then got a call from Whirlpool saying because the part was not available that the Range-Hood will now be replace. I have during this difficult process taken off work 3 times and now will take off work one more time as the unit will now finally be replaced? I am asking for $500 dollars off compensation for all the trouble Whirlpool has caused me with incorrect information which resulted in me taking off work. Honestly this has been a terrible experience and me writing you this recap does not even convey all the hassle as well as wait times on hold and needing to miss work multiple times that I have gone through. I value your products and have purchased numerous appliances for my kids homes and my office over the last few years. This issue is just not right to put me through all this trouble with out compensation. Please let me know what I can get Whirlpool to compensate me for all the problems your company created on this issue. I appreciate your help.

The company have removed the safety feature which prevent the refrigerator from Rolling. The Company indicated it consumer responsibility to fix this problem. This could be a major danger too small kids when they open the refrigerator it will roll about feet. Safety should be our concern when incorporating new features and safey our kid's should not only be Family concern, our manufacturer as well.

Whirlpool oven akp 444/ix

2 weeks ago, the interior glass of the oven door suddenly blowed. We have realized it by the sound of our little son (2 years old) who was near the oven. He just opened the door and it suddenly blowed. He was not holding any material, so he didnt hit or knocked on the glass. Fortunately he couldnt get any damage by glass particles which have spreaded around.
I complaint that, while I was expecting excuses from the service guy, they want to charge the changing of glass (with complete door) to me as 98 euro + labor cost.
If my son would have injured seriously (it was the case) from that blow, who could be account for the injury? Please I ask a compensation for this trouble.

i purchased the Whirlpool refrigerator model# WRX735SDBM00 from Lowe's on June 16, 2015, and the extended warranty from Lowe's. I have had nothing but problems from day one with the ice maker, control panel on the front, ice dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator, the dispenser lights, the calibrate measured fill, and several more things. i could go on and on. From day one we have had nothing but problems to the point to where the appliance repair company didn't know what else to do to fix it. The last time the appliance repair company was out he said "i don't know what else to do to fix all the problems you are having with this refrigerator, I think Lowe's should just replace your refrigerator." All of these issues have been going on for 3 years now. I think just about everything that we have had problems with has been replaced more than once and it still has not fixed it. i know for sure the complete ice maker and storage bin has been replaced 3 times. Well Lowe's does not want to replace it and so now i'm stuck with a refrigerator that does not work properly. My food is spoiling because it does not cool properly and we are having to buy bag ice because you cannot depend on the ice maker. the lights on the control panel pretty much do there own thing. i will never buy appliances from Lowe's again and always tell everyone I know not to purchase appliances from Lowe's or buy their extended warranty.

Whirlpool whirlpool 13kg washing machine

I bought the whirlpool washing machine on 02/04/2018 from Crown Mines Makro invoice number 561. It sometimes doesnt wash clothes properly, at times it logs in water & gives an E1 message. I took the washing machine back to SA since am based in Zim but the lady at Crown Mines was rude to the person I sent it with & totaly refused to book it in for maintenence team to look at. Whirlpool dishwasher

Whirlpool corporation is one of the worst company I'm dealing with, we bought a new home and had new whirlpool appliance incorectly installed in sept 2018, I raised a ticket in Oct 2018 for my dishwasher which doesn't open properly, flamingo services in Atlanta came and unplugged dishwasher saying it's not installed properly, I wait for more than 30 days for parts to arrive and my dishwasher to be fixed, called whirlpool / flamingo both don't give confirmation as to when the parts will arrive(note they haven't been shipped by distributor)wow seriously?, pls I'm already facing inconvenience since more than month on a brand New appliance, they say no compensation no replacement only I will have to wait indefinite time for dishwasher to be shipped and repaired. So much of inconvenience and customer service says she will not call me back and I will have to follow up ? What service is this, infinite wait ? Mine is still in warranty, # Georia # cumming, pls get back to me :
