I am 60 and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen! My dryer was delivered May 1st, and after getting minor shocks and intermittent drying for 6 weeks it stopped working. After waiting 2 weeks, a service person could not fix it. After talking with 5 people at Whirlpool I am finally getting a new dryer, but that will be another 2 weeks before it is delivered. And the only reason I am even getting the new dryer is because it is a safety risk. Between making calls and waiting for service people I have about 8 hours invested in this dryer that only worked for 6 weeks. One month without my new dryer is unacceptable!! I know getting faulty product sometimes happens, but how you treat your customers after there is an issue defines you as a company!
