WheelHero review: Sent me wrong tires and failed to make it right

Ordered Delinte tires with my package and was sent some generic atlas brand that has super bad reviews online. When I called to report the issue I was put on hold for 19 minutes and later called back and kept getting transferred to a full voice mail. Be careful with these guys, you order a brand that you take the time to research and they'll send you a cheaper low quality tire to maximize profits and when you call to report it they'll ignore your calls. Very shady business practice which I will make sure everyone learns about! No fancy reply needed - you had the chance to make it right and you didn't!
