LPN is the worst. I ordered an OEM part (which their website advertises). I received a Toyota/Lexus box with a no-name brand part inside. When I questioned it, LPN's customer no-service said it's the same thing. I then bought an OEM part from Toyota dealer. Side by side, the parts were NOT the same (and LPN's "new" part even had rust on it). I sent it back, registered mail, and LPN said they never received it so they denied the refund. Lesson learned. These guys are bad news.
