WheelHero review: My wheelhero review - not a good one!

Price of tire and wheel package was great. But don't let the appointment schedule delivery fool you. My order sat at the local shipping yard for 4 business days. It only took 7 business days to be trucked from Florida to Oregon. Then we couldn't get ahold of the local shipping yard had to call their head quarters. They finally had someone call us back to schedule the "appointment". So appointment scheduling is giving you one day to choose from and you need to be home from 9am to 5pm. That was the best they could do. I even offered to go pick up the order. They said I couldn't and it needed to be delivered. So my wife missed a day of work for that. Got them on the truck. They look awesome by the way. But had a vibration at highway speeds. Took them to local tire shop. They showed me how far out of balance they were. It looked like someone just randomly placed weights on the tires and said they were balanced. So I had to spend $70 and lose a morning to get the tires balanced. So be prepared for great tire prices but expect horrible delivery and needing to spend extra money to have the tires rebalanced. So update to my review is they have told me they'll reimburse me for having to get the tires rebalanced. But guess what after confirmation of email still no reimbursement has been made. I have sent 2 emails now with no response! They processed my reimbursement for the tires having to get balanced. They made it right. I'm not saying don't buy just be prepared in case things don't go as smooth as they should be. Then one of my center cap rings was a different color. So they fixed by sending me a spray painted replacement. Sometimes the money saved isn't worth it. Will not recommend ever.
