In the drive-thru I ordered a Monterey Melt meal. Name Jo and $14.60.
When I got home I had Brian's order and it was a whataburger meal.
I was not going to drive back up to the store and wain in line to rectify this so I called to get a refund for the difference in the price which is about $5.
The store would not help me because I would not bring that order back so I called the complaint department On Jan. 10, and have not heard back from them to this day which is Jan. 16.
Claimed loss: $5
Desired outcome: Refund to for that amount to the gift card I used or to my credit card.
